Some feats and facts I didn't include in the video due to time you guys might like:
1. In Akatsuki Hiden, Itachi is able to do serious damage with just a kick to Kiiro, who later on while so fatigued he could barely use Jutsu could take powerful water Jutsu from Kisame.
2. When Itachi talks about Jiraiya to Kisame, it is more than likely similar to why Itachi mysteriously spared Kakashi and Asuma, as Itachi has already destroyed a Sannin before and didn't want Kisame to capture Naruto since he's only a spy.
3. The 8 Headed Hydra, Orochimaru's strongest technique and strongest of the Sage Snakes, Itachi defeats while practically blind.
4. Itachi thought that Fugaku was an okay goal, but not nearly as good of goal as masked Obito when he was determining how strong he wanted to become. He also more than likely wanted to surpass Hiruzen and so on.
5. Obito states that Itachi was a considerable opponent to him by 12 years old in Itachi Midnight.

Imagine if instead of Boruto, we got a series called Naruto: Shinobi Legends or “Legends of the Hidden Leaf” and it was stand alone arcs that focused on underused characters like Itachi, Shisui, and the 3rd Hokage in his prime.
They did that at the end of Shippuden giving characters like prime Itachi and young Kakashi character arcs.

Love and Hate create each other, they are two side of the same coin, when you love someone, you hate all that would harm them, and when you hate someone, those who hurt them can even gain your love. "The enemy of my enemy is my friend" at some point when being interviewed by Sasuke, one of the Hokage said that the Uchiha clan tended to have a much greater amount of Love/Hate than other Shinobi. Itachi was the most Uchiha, (Like being the Rickest Rick I guess)
I wouldn't ever think that he was cursed, although love and hate can be harmful to those who feel it, it's also a great source of emotional strength, which can be converted into a more real ideal of strength.

Man, Itachi was really the perfect example of a Shinobi. Dude didn't kill anyone he didn't have to, but would kill anyone he had to. He never thought about himself, but of his people and the world around him. He loved his brother and supported him, but was willing to brainwash him if that's what needed to happen

@Deontay till this day Wilder is he? The plot around Itachi is seriously amazing. It's like the dude was the main character. Naruto overall has quite a story, I'd say one of the best ever created. It's not like Fairy Tail or Bleach where their powerups are asspulls, Naruto took 20 years to develop. The only other anime/manga I know with such a deep story is One Piece, the creator connects pieces of the story after 15/20 years with the current story, it's actually insane. Even then Naruto is likely even better thought overall, Kishimoto did an amazing job. Of course Boruto doesn't have the same brilliance since it wasn't written by him until recently.
@Deontay till this day Wilder Shisui also has a short history buy also very important for the plot in Naruto but I don't believe he was a better written character than Itachi. He was more of a support character for Itachi's story, a very important one almost until the very end nonetheless.

Dark Yami no the kotoamatsukami was meant for sasuke if he and naruto ever met and sasuke was intending to destroy the leaf he would get put under it and not want to anymore itachi just happened to activate it and was able to release the edo tensei
Itachi still planned ahead. Kabuto was even surprised and he underestimated Itachi. Itachi even put Amaterasu into Sasuke's eye so that no one could tell him the truth. Obito almost got caught by it.
Itachi thought ahead of what would happen so he planned accordingly while he was still sick and his stamina and Chakra became an issue.

Coming back, I realized how broken Tsukuyomi is, to have control over time and reality, you can set up anything. Doesn’t matter if you can break out of it, the Tsukuyomi could be set to a reality where they don’t realize they’re under it. They can bypass physical and mental strength, directly implanting pain. If they do break out of it, the thing is how long it took them to break out of the Tsukuyomi, might’ve felt immediate to them, but it could’ve actually took them a whole hour in reality because of their sense of time.

There’s seemingly no restriction on Itachi’s Tsukuyomi. Itachi can create whatever imaginary world he wants. He has gone from creating an entire life for his lover, a torture zone for Kakashi, and nearly a 1:1 recreation of reality for Sasuke. (It’s been a while since I touched Naruto, no idea if it was a regular genjutsu or Tsukuyomi that Itachi casted on Sasuke, either way, Tsukuyomi should be able to replicate the effects of regular genjutsu being complete control over the senses)
The most prevalent thing about people noticing that they are inside a Tsukuyomi is when things are abnormal.
Tsukuyomi controls the senses.
If Itachi had the intellect, he could very well use his Tsukuyomi in a way that could mimic the capability of the Kotoamatsukami.
Of course, Kotoamatsukami is flawless while Tsukuyomi is not.
On the other hand, the creativity and versatility for Tsukuyomi is endless.
He could make subtle changes or an entirely new world for the person to experience.
Kakashi experienced 72 hours within 3 real seconds.
This ability could be inverted to experiencing 3 seconds in 72 real hours.
While the person inside the Tsukuyomi thinks 3 second has passed, in real life, Itachi could’ve done whatever he could’ve done in 72 hours. This is just an example.
The possibilities and numbers are endless.

Bro was so strong they had to nerf him with a illness around 11.(he was diagnosed with the illness a bit after joining the anbu which he joined at 11) and people say he had low chakra reserves but clearly during the sasuke fight that wasn’t true, because he pushed sasuke past his limits even outclassing curse mark sasuke in stamina, the same sasuke that could hang with 1 tail cloak naruto and he had only gotten stronger since that fight and itachi was still able to not only toy with sasuke but drive him to his limits without actually trying to kill him on top of the fact that he was terminally ill and blind. Itachi is goat simple, Minato two, the only person that beat itachi’s score in the academy. Also itachi had the best chance of sealing madara because he literally had a sealing sword he was able to seal nagato, only needing to stab that person with the totsuka blade, and shield the Yata mirror which can reflect and block all types of attacks spiritual, physical, ninjutsu, Astral body, etc. The shield has no known limit. I like how he noted the parallel between Minato and itachi because they both sacrificed for the village minato sacrificed his life and itachi sacrificed his emotions and his image.

@Josh Mowery Even if he still dies at age 21, he would have accomplished a lot more. With EMS, he would've had quite a bit of a power lead over the Akatsuki members, and likely could've wiped out the strongest members individually first (Obito and Pain), then finished the rest. He probably would've unlocked the perfect Susano'o as well.

Bs. He fought the third in a short fight and that's it. He didn't fought anyone else. Kisame took on the six and Naruto didn't went nine tails mode.
Okay so Itachi had in his possession the eye of Shisui Uchiha which was capable of unleashing the most powerful genjutsu technique (Kotoamatsukami) second only to the infinite Tsukuyomi.
He also possessed and weilded the Yata mirror which is capable of defending against any attack as well as the Totsuka blade which can seal any opponent.
Those alone make him someone you wouldn't want to mess with but of course it doesn't stop there.
The death of Shisui allowed Itachi to awaken his Mangekyo Sharingan which in turn granted him the ability to release the eternal black flame Amaterasu that burns even fire itself, use Susano'o which is full body armor that's at least on par with Gaara's sand shield if not even more durable than that and he could use Tsukuyomi which is the most op genjutsu that was strong enough to put even Kakashi in a coma for a week.
And just when you think he isn't op enough he goes and learns Izanami which was created as the counter to Izanagi which he probably knows as well though I'm sure he would never use it unless he really had to but that's just speculation.
Now of course all these op techniques would be useless in the hands of an idiot but Itachi is easily one of the top 5 most intelligent characters in the whole series so what then was his drawback? You know, besides the incurable disease. I believe he was balanced with his lack of chakra reserves. He has heaps of over the top crazy abilities but the amount of chakra he possessed limited the amount of things he could do with them in actual combat.
But imagine if he had taken a tailed beast for himself and used it's chakra as an energy source like a Jinchuuriki does.
He most likely would have been the strongest character in the whole series without question
imagine a fusion of Itachi/Kisame, why would you want a tail-beast if you can be the tailess tailbeast

The thing about Itachi is that he’s the boogeyman in their world. His mastery of his eyes and illusions is so great that if he comes for you, you’ll die without knowing your life to that point wasn’t even real. Or you’ll fight it out with him only to discover at the end that you were in an illusion and in reality you just finished bleeding to death without a fight.
Naruto is pretty tricky they turned a guy who killed his entire clan into a hero
it was that or the war and in this war itachi prematurely dies his brother too and all his clan

It's pretty much heavy to see your clan get killed by others so he did it himself and his clan vs the whold konoha, he did a selfless choice
Also he wasn’t a “hero”. Yes sure, a few people knew the reasoning behind the slaughter and the truth but he lived the rest of his life later on as a criminal, he was never known or praised as a hero

And imo I just feel like it would be cool to see the process of minato becoming the yellow flash of the leaf and hokage and get more character development for him. After he gets the EMS he's able to not only leave the Akatsuki, but help Naruto end the war. And with just the MS Sasuke was able to end Danzo and evil character who continously endangered everyone
Not only that, but we see him CRYING as he kills his mother and father after he put Sasuke through that torture. No Itachi isn't perfect, but he's also human

I just want to add that Itachi's record for the forest of death includes time he had taken to thin out the competition. Itachi had completed the excercise alot faster but as he approached the finish line, he decided to show off the power of the leaf and took out several other teams, once he determined that he thinks out enough teams he completed the excercise still in record time, of you subtract the time he took to hunt other teams no one in the history of the chunin exams got anywhere close to his time, and remember he was solo.

Itachi has the most powerful mind, the body just follows. In every fight, it was more mental for him than physical. When he fights wirh taijutsu, there wasn't even a facial expression -- it was blank. Normally, shinobis fight with taijutsu with their face distorted or raged. Itachi's was blank. That only means he is mostly thinking while fighting than he is fighting physically.

On top of this of this he used tsukumomi TWICE and when sasuke came like two minutes after he was done he wasn't tired at all saying in the novel his eye hurt a little
10 minutes later he would use both tsukuyomi and amaterasu again without much stamina loss
So at 12 he could use mangekyo 4 times including an 80+ year tsukuyomi + 1 hour+ of fighting without being to tired
At 17 he could use it 3 times without moving to much and be completely drained
yet you are meant to be stronger when your older
