Leg of Lamb
Dry Rub:
Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder
Dried Rosemary
Smoked Paprika
Dressing
Fresh Rosemary
Garlic
Olive Oil
1) Score a Leg of Lamb deeply.
2) Mix the dry-run ingredients into a shaker.
3) Sprinkle Liberally over the Lamb
4) Grill to perfection
5) Pound the Garlic and Rosemary with salt and pepper
6) Add olive oil
7) Once Lamb is virtually cooked, paste the mixture over the Lamb and continue cooking for around 10 mins
