Synopsis: Many years after the bloody turf war that ushered in an uneasy era of peace in Hong Kong's underworld, the notorious Kowloon Walled City serves as a fortified, lawless safe haven for gangs and refugees alike. But when a skilled underground fighter runs afoul of the most feared Triad boss in Hong Kong, a bounty is placed on his head despite his connections to the leader of the infamous enclave. Just finished watching Twilight!! Awesome movie!! One of the best to come out of Hong Kong in recent years. Great story, great directors, great actors, great action sequences, great cinematography, great production sets, and great score!! I remember staying at the Regal Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong back in 2010. Wasn't the greatest hotel. But, when you stepped outside and walked across the street, it is a beautiful oriental garden with pavillions. This was the site of the actual Walled City of Hong Kong. After it was torn down, the garden and pavillions became the replacement. This movie certainly brought me back in time!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I just started watching this and I'm about public 1020 minutes into it and I love it. I love martial art movies from Hong Kong. They are the best action movies ever to be made. The Asians know how to make movies horror movies, martial art movies. They just do great movies period I love to see them my one draw back and. I was shot. My really should expect as I was hoping that they would have done as an english subtitles other than that there. That's my only drawback. The rest from what I'm seeing in this movie. It is great. I just wish I could understand whatever you're saying. But other than that there it is a great movie and I highly recommend it. If you don't mind not being able to understand what anybody is saying, then you'll enjoy this movie, but I do sometimes like the. Understand what's being said like. I said that's my only drawback of this whole movie. It's got so much action to it like I said, my only drawback is that it's not in english, nor is it english subtitles or dubbed in english other than that. Great movie, I'm enjoying thand.
So far from what I've seen, I can definitely say.This is a third chin out of thirteen skulls and highly recommend

As a "manhua" fanatics starting about 40 yrs ago, from 小流氓 to 龙虎门，中华英雄，黑豹，如来神掌 and much more, I'm excited. Even though I'm in my 50s. 😊
I saw the trailer from this and I was like "hey it reminds me of the manhua City of darkness , nice , I don't know this Twilight of warriors manhua, lets go check this out"...
my deception when I realized Twilight of Warrior *is* City of darkness adaptation. When you already red all the classics and there is nothing left...

Pity there is no Donnie Yen in this action flick, Louis Koo is not a martial artist, but whatever this movie seems very action packed with a lot of fights and stunts, better than boring Jason Statham stuff.

Louis Koo isn't a martial artist turned actor, he first started in TV drama and then went into movies. Most of us older folk who watched Cantonese television know about him since the 90s. Which is why alot of wire work is done to sell the fight scenes
Classic HK! Most of you have never seen these type of movies on the big screen. Some of you compare this to Kung Fu Hustle?! Pffffft! Not the same genre of HK movie.
