At my friends wedding, I was the best man and after the ceremony as we were waiting to walk into the reception/during post ceremony photos I started to sing this for him and his now wife. The DJ was walking up and heard it and said it was sweet. Jump to the dinner and I get up to use the bathroom. As I come back I see everyone is looking around confused, and then the grooms father points and yells "There he is!" I was confused until the DJ looked at me and smirked, and this song began to play. He tossed me the mic and I along with the other groomsmen performed the song for him. One of my favorite memories of my life and will be for a long time. This song proves that Italians LOVE food. If you've never been to an Italian party, there's and absolute TON of food. My Grandpa's Italian and he makes so much food for any occasion that we have leftovers for weeks.
I love this song for so many reasons. Dean Martin himself is an amazing singer, but his performance here was just incredible. He has such a smooth voice. My favorite thing about it is the fact that he sounds almost giddy, like you can tell that he is smiling when singing. It's a very romantic song with a hint of comedy, but also so deep and intimate at the same time.

I love this song for so many reasons. Dean Martin himself is an amazing singer, but his performance here was just incredible. He has such a smooth voice. My favorite thing about it is the fact that he sounds almost giddy, like you can tell that he is smiling when singing. It's a very romantic song with a hint of comedy, but also so deep and intimate at the same time.
