It is not likely to taste the same unless they pull a 180 and revert the formula. Citrus Cherry technically never left. Pepsi bottlers by region in the US have a lot of freedom and independence to produce flavours that are still popular in those specific regions. Which is why white out, for example, still exists in select places in the US. This also applies ro Citrus Cherry. There are modern bottles of it still in production in certain regions, specifically in midwestern gas stations. In fact I have 2 in my collection. They go for about 15-20$ ea I believe. Also worth noting the more significant recent push for Citrus Cherry occurred in 2022 with a Dr Disrespect promotion exclusively on the gamefuel website.
According to someone, it is actually the ORGINAL formula for this year's Citrus Cherry. I saw the picture of the 20oz and it has 290 calories, so it won't be 170 calories anymore.
