Lucky enough being a Canadian kid in the late 90's early 00's, we got to see Ryan on Breaker High. Fun story. Back in 2004, I was on my way from Toronto to Israel, and on our flight was Ryan. after 15 hours on the plane, as we left the plane, I walked past him and made sure I did a slow walk. He was walking and got close to me. I stopped and asked if he was in fact Ryan Gossling. This was already after The Notebook was a hit. he said he was. I asked for a photo and he said sure. He was asking us where in the GTA (greater Toronto area) we were from. I told him I had been watching him since Breaker High, AYAFTD and the movie Beleiver. He said thank you for being fans. Such a nice guy

(Also might be because his company noticed that the populace wants more organic and honest interactions, compared to the silly games they made him do -not that I hate those, but they were vastly overused, is all i'm sayin')

Ryan Gosling is just the best male film actor out there today. One of my favorite movies is the first one I saw him in "Lars and the Real Girl" 2007. It is such a unique movie and his talent was so obvious even then.

The most unusual and compelling thing I've noticed about Ryan Gosling is his generosity of spirit. He has megawatt presence, but he's always mentioning, promoting, and complimenting the work of others, especially the non-stars he works with. Very few people in any line of work deflect attention from themselves and pull the team into the limelight as consistently as he does. What a great star and a great human being.
It always impress me how Ryan can make me laugh and forget about everthing when I'm waching him. RG has this freaky-awesome talent of somehow removing most of his ego when he creates a character. 😊 It’s why his movies are so interesting and his roles are so convincing. His characters aren’t just extensions of himself but independent entities almost like an out-of-body experience. He also loves being an actor and exploring projects that have special meaning to him. (The amount of joy RG injected into playing Ken is the gift that keeps on giving. 😂)

Big up Ryan for casting some light on the Stunt Guys/ Gals out there! Really makes me think of David Holmes (Harry Potter) stunt double who tragically broke his neck doing prep for the Potter series. These guys really put their bodies on the line for entertainment... and for such a high profile actor to really praise/ appreciate what they do is bloody great! Bravo Ryan...👏👏👏
