One suggestion
Try this recipe
1/2 cup butter
2 and 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp dry yeast and 1 tsp sugar
1/2 c warm water for yeast
1 c warm milk
1/4 c honey
2 c AP flour
2 c whole wheat flour
And get a good result ☺️☺️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hope you and your family are safe. Good to see your videos again.
I believe we all were expecting your first video after Irma would be your experience of how you and your house survived the hurricane, since you told us that you will be updating us with it. We all were worried about you when listening to the news. Now with gods blessings and good wishes from all your subscribers you are ok but it would be kind on your path to talk about it on your next video.
+Lorette D'souza this video was scheduled so went live. I can not update at present as we are out of electricity and have very limited internet access. Will post video of our Irma experience soon. Thanks

Hello Bhavna, thank you for sharing this recipe. I tried making them yesterday and they turned out good. The only thing is that I did keep it for 4 hours as you said on around 70 C but they're not so crispy as you showed. Do you suggest to keep it for more time in the oven for crispness or is there any other reason for them not be crispy? Thank you 😊
Yes, oven may vary so bake till crispy.
I made jeera biscuits and result was excellent 👌

Hi Bhavna, Is it 1/8 cup of milk? It does not seem enough?
Take more if needed only

+ Laka Camargo Dias yes but no sugar
Bhavna I was making these biscuits and as I was seeing your recipe I got confused ,you have shown the quantity of milk as 1/8 of a cup but as I saw you pouring milk into the mixture it looked more then 1/8 cup. Can you plz clarify the quantity of milk. Love all your recipes. TIA
You can add little more to make pliable dough.

They are called as Butter or Pej Butter...
U just rock....awesome luv u tk care yummy I gonna
do it right away
I tried your recipe today, but didn’t work out. I used same portions you mentioned so to make sure I don’t miss out on anything.
First of all your milk/water portion was not enough to knead the dough.(1/8 th cup you mentioned in video), Secondly, after using rapid rise yeast, my dough balls didn’t rise at all. All ingredients were fresh store bought. Thirdly, after putting dough balls on rack for final rise for crispier crust, my all dough balls were raw from inside.
You need to be little more precise.
I am always ready to help. The amount of liquid may differ with many factors like the type of flour, weather temperature and so on. So I suggest the amount but feel free to adjust.
Don’t make balls too big or else they will be raw inside.
If you are doubted about yeast anytime, proof yeast separate and mix with flour. Hope this helps.
Please next time make in Gujarati or Hindi
Thanks
Hey bhawana how's things there hope u n ur family is safe .!!🙏🏻

+Yogita Gautam 👍
1/8 cup of milk = 2 tablespoon of milk
Did u really add just 2 tablespoon of milk?
If i am not wrong from what i could see u added much more than 2 tablespoons of milk
Can you please tell me how much tbsp or how many ml of milk ws added as i do not find any measurements to measure 1/8th cup in India.
Please help @Bhavnakitchen
Awaiting your prompt reply.
Thanking you!!
Yes, 1/8 to 1/4 cup milk would be just good enough, and if needed, you can add more but if you add all at once, the dough may get too wet to handle and for biscuits, you don't want wet but little tight dough. And be sure to use warm milk so that's another reason, you don't need more milk.
Bhavna's Kitchen thak you Ma'am for your prompt reply!!

after 4 hours ,you took the tray out of oven with bare hands.. Made in Steel :-)
It was basically dehydrating at low temperature. So the tray is warm but I again left the tray in for almost 30 minutes after turning off the oven so basically I was able to handle but you may want to use gloves.
Hey Bhavana. I was just kidding and i am sorry that the comment made you to take it serious. Anyways your cooking is awesome, Please continue your great work..
