- CSHS Trombone ‘Suicide’ Line. While we didn’t pick up the game win, these guys were out there killing it. Routine: Jumps, Blindfolded T’s, Suicide Shuffle.

Doing that with your eyes open is just as hard honestly, even if you see, you’ll have no time to react. Just have to keep in time, memorize the whole routine and know your ques
Literally just follow the beat and listen for ques. I had a game today and it’s not hard to march.
Shout out to the band director for allowing such pure madness to become a tradition lol
my band director has a tradition where we get released to Christmas music Everytime after a game

I have to agree with you, my band directors would’ve exploded if someone damaged their instrument doing this.
I feel like every year this school gets more extreme with their trombone suicides

Don't get me wrong, I really liked the people I played trombone with, but I would NOT trust any of them to not damage my trombone.
alot of times we used old trombones that did not work . and they practiced everyday with pvc trombones and such.

The blindfolds would probably make it easier to do the movements. All you have to do is memorize your movements and do them on time. Being able to see the trombone beside you coming at you would probably make it easier to mess up. And the routine for each individual is actually simple. It's really the coolest thing to see it all come together.
So this is why we need concussion forms

As a trombone player, those kids have mad props for even attempting that. The movements at 0:33 are like playing baseball with a Faberge Egg as the ball.

high school band kids at sports games always had the most fun i swear... amazing!!
Im 55 years old and still love band to this day.. I was in band from 1980-1984 and loved every moment of it. Nice Job! 👍🤠😉

Honestly videos of the trombone suicide does it no justice. I always looked at the videos being amazed, but I recently saw my first suicide and it was better than any video I’ve seen. Just because I’ve never seen one in person.

This is by far the best suicide routine I've seen. Its so precise and fast and adds some cool and dangerous new elements!

do you ever think that maybe people don't live to record the best possible video for a bunch of randoms on RUclips? She's there to show support for a loved one and let them know that she's out there watching them and that she's extremely proud of them. The video was probably for her memory and she just happened to upload it.
As a former band kid and theatre kid, it meant a lot in moments like this to hear a loved one there going crazy just for you. It's not really that loud to other audience members; it just sounds really loud on video because phones pick up the closest sounds the loudest.
