Ravi I have seen the Lots of Villas but Mr Harpreet Singh I observed the Best Architect because what ever. Villa he has constructed his finishing and interior design is the best and I appreciate his work.
Thanks for the detailed tour. This villa is designed very well - attention to details is impressive. What also is worth noticing is that the servant or staff room has AC, kitchenette and finishings matching rest of the home.
@@Deira854 India has implemented land reforms very early. So we don't have DHA (Pakistan) kind of large plottings available in prime cities. Also we invest more on knowledge and less on education. Agar kisi k paas large mansions k paise hain bhi toh wo commercial me invest kar lega instead of unnecessarily making huge mansions like some rich pakistani in the defense colony who doesn't think more than rental income. Hume tum Pakistaniyo ki sari haqeeqat malum hai. If you really want to compare the engineering marvels of India and Pakistna, then do it in public sector😀
The beauty of the house is evident in its structure and secondly in the cost of the house. Whoever has done this work has done it very carefully and very well. I would like to know how much area was covered and what was the name of the architect and how much did it cost to build it?

But 1st floor per dono rooms k sath ek attached kitchen tha jo ki bhut annoying tha and also niche wale section main drawing room , niche wale room se attached tha laun k zariye jo ki privacy ko lekar bhut annoying hai🙂🙃 But 2nd floor is amazing zahan baith kar hum chai ka maza lae sakte hai 😊🤗
