I have the little brother of those in the metric and I absolutely love them. Don't use them all the time but damn when I need to handle business, they are my go to. I'd say it is an essential for any tool bag/tool kit. I'd love to see a set that are designed for precision electronics.
One my apprentices decided to splash out and treat himself to a pair. Initially I thought he was crazy for spending so much on one tool when he had a full kit to build up. I then used them and was a complete convert!
I have a knipix 85 51 180 small spring clamp pliers that I use on small engine fuel line spring clamps. I’ve never been sorry that I bought quality tools. I’ve been a mechanic for over30 years
recommended super sharp and durable cutting blades as well as stripping holes, cut up to 10/2 with minimal effort. the tolerances are so tight they start to squeak as oil and dirt get between the blades. as for stripping large gauges stranded I prefer the klein 11053 for clean edges
You missed the Knipex long nose pliers in your lineup. They have the tightest closing tip I've seen and are the best anytime you need a VERY tight close end. You could pull splinters with them it's so tight.
I have that same set & their awesome ... Good demo ... Thx
Have a set of these and they are amazing
Tools from Germany are awesome 😮

I know exactly what you mean!
I use the metric version and it's fantastic.
For some reason it doesn't have the screw cutting holes though but I don't really need it .

I carry Knipex xs everyday. For a shorter loop feed less of the wire in the jaws before the twist-over.
You sound like the Zippo lighter guy (Zippo fanatic 77 outdoors). Is that you?
