I felt the video you are referring to did answer the questions you posed. I guess I need to understand both videos a little better to actually grasp the arguments. Also, in this video you mentioned that quoting Weinberg is not an effective argument (or something along those lines) but a significant part of your other video was quoting Glashow. I do not get why you quoting Glashow is different.

You're at wrong here. Your first argument was that Dr. Salam plagiarized the work. Meanwhile the evidence you put forward is just a speculation by Glashow. Even Glashow didn't have the evidence for it and he speculated it and accused Dr. Salam for it later on.
Secondly, Dr. Salam's work continues from his 1958's work according to Dr. Rehman's video. Why are you not telling your viewers about it? The work of Dr. Salam and Ward continues from 1958 and is linked to 1964's work. Even Weinberg and Dr. Salam collaborated for a year and later did independent work but reached to a same conclusion. They didn't accuse each other of plagiarism when they were working independently.
You're throwing away the Weinberg-Salam theory even though it clearly states both of them have worked and you don't consider any contribution of Dr. Salam.
Dr. Rehman's video shows you the entire journey but again you didn't mention the journey. You're taking lectures lightly as if they hold no value. It's pretty common in Scientific community to deliver lectures and discuss various ideas, that's what theoretical physicists are known to do quite often.
Please stop being an intellectually dishonest person and make an apology video.

A video full of fallacies. Don't fool people by equating physics, which is purely a technical subject, with something like corporate corruption, which even a layman can understand. If not a degree , you at least need to know the know how of the subject. I didn't find your response logical.

If you assume the Noble Prizes are not 100 percent trustworthy and often positioned then it means it is controversial.. then there was no point to make a video on Dr Abdus Salam's disputed Noble prize. I want to quote one more example of the dishonesty of the Noble prize committee from my field. The first Nobel prize was awarded in 1901 in the fields of Chemistry, Physics, Medicine etc.
Medeleeve who arranged the then known elements into periodic table, which is later on improved to the modern periodic table, died in 1907.
His contribution in the field of Chemistry was of great significance. He deserved the Nobel Prize but not awarded. During 1901 to 1907, Nobel prize in Chemistry were given to people with much less contribution in the field as compared to Mendeeleve.
Nobel prize is not always awarded on merit. The Committee members may be biased.

Mr Raja, you are totally wrong. Salam was working with J C Ward on electroweak model. It wasn’t Salam own contribution but rather contribution with J C Ward who should have got the Nobel prize too but didn’t. Read JC Ward biography where he explains how he and Salam worked on this theory together. He wasn’t happy what was published yet he contributed to this model too.

Salam's won Nobel Prize by giving mathematics reasoning
It is true that symmetry breaking mechanism was introduced by Glashow, but Salam's refinement to it specifically to the mathematical model were indeed important and cannot be ignored. Salam provided an alternative mathematical structure i.e duplet group model which were different than triplet model of Glashow. Salam duplet group model correctly predicted the properties and masses of the particles which have been experimentally verified. While Glashow proposed gauge symmetry, it was Salam along with Weinberg who fully integrated the Higgs mechanism to explain how W and Z Bosons acquire mass, resolving a major issue in Glashow's original proposal. Salam, along with Weinberg demonstrated that the electroweak theory, when incorporating the Higgs mechanism, maintains gauge invariance and is renormalizzable while Weinberg model was not renormalizable.
While Glashow's triplet model laid the foundational framework for the SU(2) × U(1) gauge symmetry, Salam's contributions, especially in collaboration with Steven Weinberg, provided crucial refinements that made the electroweak theory renormalizable, predictive, and experimentally verifiable. Salam's work, particularly the incorporation of the Higgs mechanism, addressed key issues in Glashow's initial proposal, resulting in a more complete and robust model that EARNED THEM THE NOBEL PRIZE.........
Some might argue that although Salam refined the model, the foundation of his work was based on Glashow's 1961 paper, and he did not mention Glashow in his 1964 paper. However, Salam wrote a paper in 1959, one year before, Glashow's paper which got him noble prize was published, regarding the electroweak unification, where he referenced a private discussion between himself and Glashow. If Salam had intended to plagiarize, he could have omitted Glashow's name in that earlier paper. Instead, he chose to acknowledge their private discussion, indicating his respect for Glashow's contributions
