  • 45-minute mobility workout # 66 with Stick Mobility Coach Ray Bailey featuring three parts: Joint Mobilization, Strength Training, and Active Stretching. In # 66 Coach Ray leads a workout that focuses on the superficial front line and anti-rotational core work.
    You'll start with a full-body warmup, with the neck and shoulders, before moving down to work on the spine and core. Towards the end of the class Coach Ray will take you through a full body cool down. You'll need 2 sticks (one short, one long) and a wall.
