  • Ken Cassens describes the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome's Fokker D.VII in this video made especially for H. Wayne Culver (Fokker D.VII enthusiast and researcher) by request. The D.VII was built by Cole Palen and completed and test-flown by Ken Cassens in 1993. It is powered with an original 200 HP Mercedes engine and is finished in the colors of the O.A.W. built aircraft flown by Gefreiter Wilhelm Scheutzel of Jasta 65. It flies regularly at weekend shows at the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome from mid-June through mid-October. Visit www.oldrhinebeck.org for additional information.
