She's gorgeous but I'm sure SURE she was spreading stuff on her body continuously and eating only apples, grapes and kale the whole pregnancy.
My mom told me that sometimes people choose to have a c-section to (at least) maintain their appearance but i guess having a right diet after giving birth and doing exercise can fix them all but ofc takes time
@@phamnguyet8737 a c section wouldn't change someone's appearance compared to natural birth because the belly still expands during pregnancy. It will leave a scar though.

I turned 24 this year and recently started consciously taking care of my skin. I moisturise daily and avoid harmful products as well as sun exposure. I hope that my skin will profit from that :D

Sun is good for your health. It increases vitamin D . Dont quite exposing to sun light . But dont be overrated with it. 🙋

My favorite part of my personal pampering routine is using a deeply clarifying shampoo and a super moisturizing hair mask. For some reason I always feel more relaxed and cleaner when my hair is wet, and combing it out with leave in conditioner is one of my relaxing rituals :)

I tried some of this on Friday night and it was the first time I've ever pampered myself like this in my whole life. Your video inspired it and now I'm looking forward to a Sunday night clay mask & facial tonight. The clay mask on my body (especially my chest/boobs and tummy) was so awesome, and felt so self loving. I look forward to doing it consistently in self care rituals, it felt so healing. Applying the mask (that I mixed) on these areas with a brush was like an aha. I judge myself for these areas but a candle and some nice music with positive lyrics was like love/health/feminine health in motion/action. Can't believe I've been an adult for over 16 years and have never done this. Game changing! Love your channel. 💕 thank youuuuu & hope you're enjoying your spring/summer

Hi Alex :) I 'd just advise you to use something else than a metalic spoon, as metal can alter the properties of the clay. I personally use wooden spoon or a brush to mix it. Love :)

Sure Alex you're welcome! I used to keep my clay in metal boxes... i can tell that it was such a waste of money! You can use little baby spoon in plastic, make up brushes to mix it up, ... anything! Just try to avoid metal as much as you can. And if i can give you an extra tips, you can add a little bit of cider vinegar and /or floral water (hydrolat) to your mix. It is simply amazing for the redness, acnea etc. I've noticed a huge difference and improvement to my skin with this tip. Keep on the good work Alex :)
