In Ishqe junoon, I feel they are forcing us to see romance between them whereas there is no inkling of it. Both the actors seem as if they’re trying too hard…
@yasminhaqqi6100 totally. Viewers just get too excited. After Iqtedar, drama makers found the receipe to add these type of scenes to increase viwes. These scenes are nowhere in OST or elsewhere so obviously created recently
Hassan you are being little stubborn about your qej slot. It’s not that serious. You do review for people and most of people want to have it sooner. Personally I don’t care, but I think more sense to do on Wednesday. We do want your opinion but by the Friday I have almost forgetten what happened in episode.
Yeah I found his reasoning really weak. He says he doesn’t want competition, but yet considers that his platform should be somewhat of a monopoly for the viewers, when viewers themselves often want multiple opinions which is right in itself to gauge how they perceive it as well.
It’s not even about competition … for us SH family, we want to hear THEM talk about our fav dramas … not some other platform … it’s seriously disappointing that they are not listening to their audience feedback on this!
Exactlyyyy i don't watch review at other channel And these days i don't find the review as interesting But i still watch every seconds of your review I wasn't understanding why I think the point that you mentioned that we forget what happened in the episode (the tinyyyy details) might make sense It would have been so much fun that immediately after the episode ends i could watch the review
Hassan in QeJ, the dynamic between Nashwa and Amaar is the same as sibling rivalry. You have to view it from that lens-the concern, the anger, and Yumna’s expectations for Nameer to live up to his potential. It’s very much a typical brother-sister dynamic. If Nashwa completely and thoroughly hated Amaar with all her heart, she wouldn’t, out of habit, feel compelled to correct him about sitting down while drinking water. Or, in earlier episodes, she wouldn’t casually point out things like his obsessive exercising. These little moments reveal a layer of care beneath her frustration. While with all the care, she has an internal conflict when Amaar behaves wrongly. She has a moral compass, and it’s that compass that compels her to dislike him.
Hasmna Short form of your both name .I have cleared many times that you both are like my oxygen mask I can't spend my days even laying on bed wdiuot enjoying your review while working in kitchen.plz continue review drama AEJ for the sake of Shahriyar effort his presence and performance is hooking us to watch dtama yet plzplzplz ❤❤❤❤❤
I also felt that the two share a sibling relationship so far and that is why Nashwa doesn't feel uncomfortable around him but in the last episode Ammar was really creepy when he stepped on her dupatta. That made me think Ammar would also take advantage of her if she allowed him to. The only thing stopping him is that she is family.
But after a gang rape is proved against him n when she suspected him of a murder, it seems unreal of her to talk to him this casually, but then again the gang rape was treated very casually in this drama n probably it is not that big crime for Naswa. Sentences like" kal ko bera jurm kery ga" n " maheen k sath aik bat phir sy zydati ho jaye gai" (as if zydati in sense of rape is equal to another zydati in sense of injustice) clearly shows it.
Aamna is a confident woman who doesnot shy away from speaking her mind. When men do it, it is regarded as being assertive and a positive trait. People who cannot tolerate it coin it as bullying.
Hassan the point is that when we watch good dramas we want to listen to your views ASAP. Pardon me it disappoints when we cannot listen to your opinion for almost a week, sometimes it gives an impression that something haute is behind (not stale).
I want to second that!!! I look forward to hearing you guys asap to see if your views match mine. Please don’t take it differently. Love from Atlanta 💗
@@nadiyapanjwani534100% … we SH family loyalists are not going to other platforms for the drama reviews … we want THEIR review on our fav dramas at the earliest!
It’s like when you watch a great movie you want to talk about it straight away as soon as you walk out of the cinema, not wait a week before talking to your besties about it!
Seriously so frustrating that they are ignoring audience feedback on this! we are of course interested in your reviews only and we are loyal listeners! It should not be about ‘Hamara nuqsaan hai ya faidaa!’ You should be concerned only about what your SH family wants, not when you are getting views …
I second that!!! I will give you an example hassan I am having a craving for food I want to eat it right then I would still eat it if i get it a week latter but wishhh i could get it earlyyyy Have been watching your review religiously loyaly, I dont watch review at other channel I just want the review faster
The reason Nashwa is not showing hatred and disgust towards Ammar is because she's smart enough to know that he cannot be punished like this, she has seen the consequences of fighting with him at home. She's keeping her calm so that she can punish him in the court. Ps - She's a lawyer for god sake, trust her.
Smart thinking. Yes you may right but maybe Nashwa is a strong headed but soft hearted girl. She wants to punishe him but he is her cousin and they stay in a same house that's why the littel soft corner is still existing. But you have a strong point, can be possible.
Dadi in Qarz e Jaan really shows how bad parenting can ruin generations. The portrayal of Qudsia Khala and Faryal felt very real they truly represented conservative Pakistanis living in the West. From their first meeting I have a feeling Faryal might turn down Amaar and could be more interested in Burhan. I really hope they don’t end up pairing Nashwa with Amaar. I can’t say enough good things about Saqib Khan’s direction every single frame of Qarz e Jaan grabs your attention. I usually have my issues with a lot of PTV directors but after Sarmad Khosaat and Kashif Nisar, Saqib Khan has definitely won me over as a fan.
Qarz-e-Jaan is such a delight to watch. The tension between the characters is so palpable. For every character and their story, there's more than meets the eye. Saqib Khan has outdone himself with the frames and angles, the whole tappa sequence was a feast for the eyes, all the characters are brimming with energy and so well knit. One feels nothing but to root for Asim, Bisma, Burhan, Nashwa. And, Osama Khan is doing really good, though his previous and currently on air projects have him under due criticism, I feel Qarz e Jaan will cement him as a force to be reckoned with in Pakistani drama. His aura surely takes over, quite effortlessly, once he steps in the frame. The characters are fond of him, the screen loves him and so does the audience. DunyaPur- Honestly, so done with the story being all over the place. Ramsha for the life of her can't act being Ana. It's a lost cause already.
More than usama Yumna looks more good with nameer Khan also khushhal and ramsha Chemistry is so good khushhal expressions game is so high and that's a natural talent which many actors don't have
I think Burhaan was adopted by Asim. He never got married. There were several scenes that indicated this. 1. Everyone got surprised as no one knew he was married. 2. Burhaan buying his own house as Asim’s biological son and heir made no sense. He bought his father’s house to show his love and gratitude to the man. 3. Bi Jaan asked him, “ buhat piyar kartay ho tum Asim se”. He replied, “ woh ziyada kartay”. This is a very unlikely conversation for a biological father son. 4. Burhaan excitedly talked about Asim’s relationship with Bisma. There was not a single moment when Asim and Burhaan talked about his mom. After all Asim would have had some affection with his wife to mention her with her son.
Most of all, why no one is noticing that Burhan is older than Nashwa. Asim wasn’t even married when Bisma got married he even offered to marry her after her husband’s death and taking custody of Nashwa in his flashbacks. So I don’t get why it’s a surprise that he’s not his biological son?
Also when bisma gets upset after knowing burhan is Asim's son burhan says to asim you should have told her you are still not over her or something like this which indicates he never married
Barrister Burhan is Usama’s saving grace after the other two disasters. He’s going a good job. He and Asim look like they could be father and son despite being adopted especially with their style of talking and calm and gentle demeanour.
When we talk about people not seeing red flags and getting into abusive relationships, here is a classic example. All those cheering for Ammar and Nashwa, what's wrong with all of you? Ammar as a character disgusts me. I dont know why people cant see his character. He is a druggie, rapist and possibly a murderer. Nashwa, on the other hand, raised in an emotionally abusive household, is a strong, educated and independent girl. How can people possibly want the 2 to be together even? (Smack my head)
Thank you for saying this. I am sick and tired of raising this question for God knows how many times now. And the answers I get are always lame af, the predominant one being "because Ammar is hot". 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ Makes me soooo furious tbh.
Ikr?!! It’s the 50 shades of grey kinda effect. Ammar is a good looking bad boy and that is attractive to many younger women nowadays who find the likes of Kabir Khan and Christian Grey as romantic heroes. If an unattractive person had played Ammar’s character, I’m guessing they wouldn’t have shipped him with Nashwa.
I am so glad to see your comment. It really disturbs me that so many young people seem to think that ‘looking hot’ is justification for wanting to get together with someone. I mean, Ammar is shown to be a completely despicable character, a rapist, a murderer and what not. And I may be stretching it somewhat, but it is reflection on how behis our quom has become
Another very endearing episode of QeJ! QeJ is going very strong. I loved the addition of Qudsia Khala and her daughter, Qudsia's character is very likable. Her interactions with Asim and Bisma were pleasant to watch. QeJ is one of the dramas where I'm completely invested in every side track, just as much as I'm invested in the main leads' track. I think Asim and Bisma have great chemistry, the way Asim looks at Bisma, he looks so in love with her. Loved it! The actors are doing a wonderful job, but I have to say the direction is top-notch. I loved the shift of moods from serious to the wedding vibe, I thought it was brilliantly done. The wedding aesthetic was gorgeous. The director is managing to keep us all hooked, he knew people were waiting for Burhan and Nashwa's interaction, and he left it at a cliffhanger with the last scene. That was intelligent. Both the writer and the director deserve huge applause Also, I really love the BGM of QeJ, whoever is managing it, kudos to them! There was a small scene where Nashwa tells her mother, 'Aaj ache se tayyar ho jayega,' and then comes a very soothing tune... I just loved it. Even the shadi wala song was so good. And again, I'm saying this, but I really hope they don't make Nashwa marry Ammar (as seen in the teasers), because I'm rooting for Nashwa and Burhan.
But the launch teasers clearly indicate Ammar and Nashwa marriage know Ig they would get married but at the end they will get separated nd she will end up with Burhan This is just my line of thinking.
Someone needs to cast and sajal and sheheryar in a drama. The chemistry they have is 🔥 The reason why in kuch ankahi despite being a sajlal fan, i wanted more scenes of sheheryar and sajal.
Duniyapur: Thank you Hasan and Aamna for such an amazing review. You definitely fulfilled our expectations and fastidiously covered all the aspects of the episode that needed to be discussed. Other than the Anamir scene, I was really waiting for you guys to discuss the Nawab scene (Kaunsi wali biwi) and you guys delivered, making me laugh like crazy. Thank you for discussing the AnaMir scene in such detail. Ramsha and Khushhal make a spectacular couple and delivered beautifully in that scene. I also loved how Hasan especially mentioned Khushhal's expressions when he saw Ramsha lifting up her naqab - it was a priceless piece of acting and reviewed thoroughly by Hasan and Aamna. In addition to that, once again I stand corrected about my initial doubts of Ramsha not being fit for Ana's role but she has definitely proved me wrong. The range that Ramsha has brought to Ana (fluctuating between a tough patina and a softer internal side), the grace and poise that is characteristic of Ana, the pain communicated by her eyes without crying, the confusion and denial of being in love, the venom in her eyes and the ferocity of her body language in front of her father, all of these nuances have been depicted flawlessly by Ramsha Khan. One of her best projections till date! As for Khushhal, he is such a fine actor. No one could have been a more perfect Shahmir Adam than Khushhal. He's nailing the conflicting emotions of Shahmir with fluent excellence! And yes, the chemistry between the leads is so heartwarming that you can't help but root for them. In fact it is one of my strongest reasons to watch Duniyapur. And yes Hasan is right we want more scenes of Ana and Shahmir. He's such a cute AnaMir shipper and we are right behind him. Also I agree with Aamna that the grandeur of the Duniyapur landscape is such a strength of the drama that should be retained and enhanced as well. In a nutshell, great episode and great review guys! Thanks again for taking our opinions into account. That means a lot to us as viewers. p.s. I think the reason why Ana burned the money was her anger and frustration at her weakness being exposed in front of so many outsiders plus the conflicting emotional frustration was driving her crazy regarding Shahmir makes her believe that she's not worthy of receiving the money because of her weaknesses.
Read the entire comment, and it’s very well-put. I totally agree with you about the money-burning scene. It was all about her frustration with having her weakness and vulnerability exposed. When people pointed that out and still gave her the money, she felt like she didn’t deserve it. Burning it was a powerful expression of her inner struggle and desire to maintain some sense of control.
I understand what Hassan is trying to say about Nashwa and Ammar. The issue isn't with their characters, but rather how their scenes were portrayed in the first episode. The way their interactions were shown-meeting in college, flirting at home-gave off more of a hero-heroine vibe. Now, whenever they share the screen, their chemistry is so strong that it feels more like a love-hate dynamic rather than a relationship between a criminal and a lawyer. Secondly, Nameer's get-up and the way they filmed Nameer makes him look more like a hero than a villain.

Pyare Hasan and Amna, this is not about your opinion specifically. It’s more about highlighting the appreciation before everyone else starts sharing their thoughts, and it loses its freshness. When we watch the drama, we genuinely look forward to hearing your positive take on it. These two dramas, in particular, have plenty of good aspects to discuss. Please don’t take our words the wrong way!
Hi Hassan and Amna. I’m watching this episode and follow your content very religiously even if i’m not watching most of the dramas you’re reviewing. I strongly feel that Something Haute is only because of your equation with one another. As i realized when Hassan was away for wedding, there was no spark. You both make it happen together. I am genuinely here for your conversation. Amna speaks exactly like my elder sister and Hassan you’re a gem! I’m the happiest when Something Haute is appreciated on social media and lowkey i was like ‘burn haters’ Hassan got the first Fahad Mustafa interviee after KMKT. Good job you guys! Lots of prayers. It’s your genuine nature that sparks and making the channel successful. I have something haute as the top channel visited on YT 😅 Keep the content coming!!
Totally agreed! And i dont care when you review a certain drama because I want to listen your conversation whenever I can. I think most of us watch your videos in our own time its not like we watch a drama and go straight to youtube for its reviews. People need to chill out
I don't watch something haute for reviews I watch it for your conversation and opinions your banter I love the most , you both makes me feel energetic .
I really want to see ahmed ali Akbar and sajal Aly together in a drama and yumna zaidi and ahad Raza Mir in a drama and also yumna and ahmed deserve one more romantic drama manifesting these pairings in 2025 plzzzz
Yeah same i am buyst with ahmed I am ahna fan but I overcome it over the years because they are actors right they can't work with same people but you are right at some point i agree🤣😂
I agree Amna! I was thinking of this from the very beginning. Both Qarz and Faraar should have two episodes a week. Mamia and Ahmed Ali have great chemistry and the graveyard scene was beautiful
I understand Amina’s point of view on indoor plants:) There are sensitive indoor plants that can get stressed out if you change their spot or move them a lot. They start shedding leaves .
I’d say keep reviewing AIEJ; it’s getting to an interesting point now. And I totally agree with you about the lack of chemistry b/w the leads. I actually liked Shehryar with Mahenur.
Loved your Duniyapur review! Such a fantastic show and Khushhal Ramsha have AH-MAZING chemistry! So much so that I want a season 2 with them too! Their chemistry, the fast pace of the show, the cinematography and how engaging the characters are make this such a thrilling watch! Really hope Ana and Shahmir survive the series! They deserve a happy ending and imo tragic ends are overrated
QeJ: Burhaan is a barrister and apparently practicing law for a while now and hence he is much elder than Nashwa given the fact that she has just graduated. Also the fact that Bisma’s husband died so early, it means that there was not so much of time after Bisma’s marriage and before Nashwa’s birth that Asim could marry and have a son who is atleast 5-8 years elder than Nashwa. He is not his biological son.
Osama Khan is delivering an outstanding performance in Qarz-e-Jaan. He looks perfectly age-appropriate for his role. Even Yamuna, despite being more senior, appears youthful. While it would be nice to see a genuinely older actor paired with Yamuna, Osama's performance cannot be overlooked. As for accents, if every UK/USA returnee in dramas required one, there would only be a handful of actors available to play such roles.Lets just let common audience enjoy the drama.
Agreed! I think Osama has done a great job and I think they have built up his aura perfectly well. He fits the role well and I think him and Yumna look great together. I don’t think there is an issue of him looking younger at all.
8:02 I don't watch any other reviews at all! But I genuinely love you guys reviewing any drama! There have been a lot of times when I am not watching a drama but I do make sure I watch your review! The conversation the banter the Intro I genuinely love every bit of it! Also I am watching Quarz e jaan and your reviews around it are awesome no matter if it comes on Wednesdays or Fridays....
@hassan Amna is right, plants do get disturbed. Fun fact: Did you know when you plant berries, it takes them 1 year to recover from placement shock and start to give fruit 1 year after planting in new place even if it was already fruitful in old place. Not everything has to be denied, thankyou!
As an indoor plant lady i can totally understand amna's perspective. My kids sometimes joke, mom u love ur plants more than us when i get mad at them for breaking a leaf or even roughly touching my plants
QeJ Nashwa is living with her cousin Ammar in same house thatswhy she has comfortable level with him. Thats all and it happens. One becomes casual with such family members.
If u grow up with a cousin whom u know is a r*pist, as a woman u wouldn't be this frank with him, u would rather not urself engage with him n would rather stay as far as possible even if it is under same roof.
I will agree with Hassan. Because nashwa doesn't react that strongly with Ammar and dialogues like 'pani Beth ke pio' and 'shikayat laga dungi' are another reason for it. I feel nashwa cares about Ammar
Hassan, listening to you and Aamna is like talking to your friends about your fav episode…after that reading the comments also feels like discussing with friends…hence we want to discuss qarz e jaan as quickly as possible :-)
Qej…..Hassan likes things black and white, and, although he admits to grey, he still gets disturbed if things are clouded by relationships, which is a common enough thing in life. Nashwa and Amaar have lived in the same house always. She’s also non confrontational mostly because of her mother. She’s not an activist. She’s a young girl with her heart in the right place, and all the correct emotions, but please don’t forget the element of familiarity when she deals with her cousin. She’s been constantly discouraged from expressing her opinions. This sort of reaction is the correct one fir this character. She’s not about to stand on the pulpit in her own house just to satisfy those who think one should express righteous feelings loudly and frequently.
Same.... Happy for him... Amena n hassan r such hypocrite when usama performs salis n ammar they says such roles should not have been perform by him..... N when performs as burhan they r telling such good roles should have perform by someone else...... In the end according to them he should left industry 🤬🤬🤬. Usama is really doing best
Though Usama Khan is not bad, Ahmad Ali Akbar or maybe Bilal Abbas Khan would have been a better choice for the role of Barrister Burhan. Also, can someone please cast Ahad Raza Mir and Yumna Zaidi together in a romantic project? Can we please talk about the amazing screen presence and beautiful chemistry between Nameer and Yumna? (I’m not talking about Nashwa and Ammar.) They truly complement each other and look stunning together. They definitely deserve a separate drama as leads.
I've been waiting to see Ahad and Yumna together for so long now. Yumna and Ahad together in serious romantic drama...I'm sure they can create great chemistry together.
Why can’t it be both? Viewers can watch you for their love towards you but also are excited for this drama conversation? Why either or? No one is questioning your input, hence, your fan following in the first place, including myself. However, when you want to turn down a schedule change request by your fans just because they want to enjoy Qarz e Jaan to the fullest, and you kinda gaslit them into questioning their loyalty towards you. Also, Hassan please don't take things too personal and get overly defensive. This is what I LOVE about Aamna, even if her views are controversial/anomalies (except the religious takes) she owns it, smiles, and says “karlo Jo Karna hai”. She expresses her opinions without apologizing hundred times in the event that drama makers will be hurt by your rightful opinions. You are also cool Hassan, like you tons. However, your justification left a bitter taste in my mouth. We watch you for your opinions and to also discuss dramas, especially a lovely drama like QEJ. Love from NY to you both!
Well said! Why does it have to be either / or? I'd rather Hassan & Aamna just say "It's our channel, and we'll do what we like." Atleast that's being transparent, instead of saying "If you want to hear what I have to say, wait until I say it". Does this mean I have to skip watching their Friday uploads, since my opinion = 1 view for their channel? 😮
As hasssan said, its not just the latest episode nashwa's character has been casual with ammar's throughout. Is she fond of him? Obviously not. She dislikes him for engaging in all sorta bad stuff and also felt jealous of him growing up because of the discrimination she faced and still is. The dislike of nashwa for her cousin has been consistent but also stayed unchaged after the maheen mishap like you would expect her to hate him more than she did. I think the director or the writer is consciously showing this to draw something from real life situations. We sometimes have predetors or criminals in the family that we know of but still act normal around them coz they are family. Nashwa is no where supporting ammar in his actions and she has enough heart to stand against him but he is still family in some twisted way she is with him as she would be with any other ordinary cousin she hates. It depicts real life and also shows nashwa is not those typical heroine too
Qej: i think Osama is doing a great job, it’s just that Yumna has been on screen and is a top notch actress for 10+ years and seeing her as a junior and being nervous in front of a newer actor it’s not sitting well. Otherwise he’s doing a great job, he’s not looking too young at all. He has an aura. Yumna is also looking so young and innocent like a 22 yr old lol! I love it. Just stop trying to fit in other actor in his place let us enjoy what it is. Because omg this show is amazing!!!!!!!! Also Faisal Rahman was always our favorite way before you all didn’t know him. So happy to see him back, that too with the shahpar pair tazeen!!
QEJ: For Usama Khan's character, they are building it by stating it multiple times that he's a good lawyer. And they will prove it in the end with Ammar's case.
You can imagine how entertaining your banter is that I have your video on even when you guys are reviewing dramas I’m not watching!!! You guys have an incredible ability to bring smiles to faces… stay blessed. Lotsa love x
Hi Amna and Hassan your review is too good for Qarz-e-Jaan I thoroughly enjoying this Drama all the characters are very strong and I feel like no one is Hero and heroine in this Drama all characters have their back story and they all characters nailed it! Congratulations to the team❤
You need to give more credits to Nameer Khan - he is performing so well and majority of us are obsessed with him. Why is he not talked about enough????
Exactly..I wanted to know their comments about his performance as everyone is praising Nameer Khan screen presence and acting but they didnt talk about him😢
QeJ is an engrossing drama with so many mysteries which have yet to unfold. Superb script and direction. The selection of the beautiful house is commendable. It has so many green spaces visible from inside, that it does not make it feel like a drawing room drama. I felt your review of Usama was over critical. He is fitting the role fine and does not look older than Yumna in the story. And I am sensing Nashwa is playing her cards very smartly. She has been repeatedly coached by her boss to refrain from becoming emotional. She is preparing for a bigger battle in court by avoiding small tensions at home.
I'm totally hooked to qarz e jaan. I think all the scenes and characters are engaging and the actors playing them are very natural. Particularly enjoyed watching bare abbu in the last episode. I'll disagree with your criticism of Usama as Burhan. He looks like someone in early thirties and that's what burhan is most likely and trust me not everyone who lived in the UK has a British accent in real life either. I am looking forward to the progression of B and N relationship. I also think Yumna and Usama make a very refreshing and good looking couple. I found Amar totally creepy in the last episode and find it a little odd that Nashwa and Bisma don't feel uncomfortable living in the same house as a confirmed rapist and creep 😮 I'd be putting 3 locks in my door under the circumstances.
Hassan and amna i only watch your reviews and that is not about reviews tbh, I enjoy listening to you both, You both are like a part of family to me. Infact i dont watch most of the dramas yet i listen to your reviews So review whenever you want I'll keep watching it ❤ And sorry im not that interactive. I rarely comment..
QEJ- There's nowhere in the ost which indicates that Nashwa will get married to Ammar. More so, it looks like Nashwa will get married to Burhan. I don't understand why people are shipping Nashwa & Ammar.
They are not shipping nashwa and Ammar they are just saying nameer and yumna have the spark for chemistry which usama is not giving I'm taking about the actors not the characters there could have been better choice for burhan other than usama it's like he is acting and it looks soulless maybe Zahid ahmed or Ahmed Ali Akbar would have been better choice for burhan
To me I hope they just show their relationship blooming. Tired of weddings. Lately all dramas are using same old scenes like Tere Bin in Iqtedar and so on.
AIEJ: please notice, that Ushna did not just have any chemistry with her male leads in this drama or Ghair, she did not have any chemistry with any of the other actors, no chemistry with her parents or siblings in any of the 2 dramas with any of the character. The problem is Ushna, she’s very obviously not interested in working as an actress anymore, and sadly she’s been the downfall for both dramas. She’s not even connecting with the audience
U guys need to stop unnecessarily hate on Usama especially Aamna. But i do agree u should have shown him in action in court but i guess they wanna keep his court performance reseeved for when he will fight Ammar case.
Hassan’s confusion is unfounded , it’s human relationships. When u grow up with someone, you are not scared of that person irrespective of whatever they are doing. They feel protected by the relations around them. It’s like teachers they are not really scared of their students irrespective of whatever the students do outside the school 😅
QeJ: just wanted to comment there was nothing wrong with Ammar standing on the prayer mat with his socks on, that girl just picked on him for no reason. Prayer mat is nothing sacred, you can pray anywhere, even on a clean towel if your aren’t sure of the cleanliness of the carpet or floor.
U didn't understand her point. Please watch the scene again plus jayay namaz is a mat for prayer, it is not a kaleen jispeh munh uthha keh khharay ho jayein n hr trha ki guftagu krnay lg jayein, it is a mat jispeh baa wuzu ho keh namaz parhi jaati hai, uski ek izzat hai n usspeh especially this sort of guy should really not stand like that plus she was going towards it for offering prayer meanwhile he stood on it like that n looking at her with his glazed perverse eyes n smile.
@ anyone can stand on a prayer mat, even “this” guy! There is no boundaries on who can stand on a prayer mat. In a masjid don’t we walk on the “prayer mat” that are everywhere? A prayer mat can be a chattai a towel or anything clean, you can even pray on a clean floor as long as it’s clean. People have just made the religion so difficult whereas the early Muslims concentrated on the deen not the items associated with it.
There is nothing wring but the way he was talking his vibe isn't positive may be that's y she was getting irked by his body language and tone ..instinctively acha nahi lag raha tha usaay may be that's y she took an excuse to show her irk
I’ve watched quite a few crime drama series, and based on my experience, the writers usually don’t reveal everything at the beginning. They often direct the audience’s suspicions towards someone who turns out not to be the actual culprit. From the teasers of QEJ, it seems like there will be court proceedings, which makes me think the writer will gradually unveil the whole story behind the two major crimes-rape and murder. I believe we should simply enjoy the show and trust the storytelling. Another thing I’ve noticed is that the entire drama seems to revolve around money and Ammar. Almost every character is either discussing wealth or Ammar himself. It gives the impression that Ammar is a very strong and central character in the story. Nameer is doing an excellent job portraying him! If Nameer gets a not-guilty verdict, I would love to see Ammar and Nashwa together 😀.
I hate Ammar till now but I don't know why I feel the writer will show Ammar somehow innocent at the end cause the writer wrote the drama very mysteriously. So if Ammar is innocent then I will root for Ammar and Nashwa because their scenes somehow directed in such a way that you are bound to appreciate the chemistry
@@paramjeetkaur9567 well still his character is not redeemable he literally drugged that girl that is also a crime and left her to die on the road so in any way he is not innocent. And nashwa shouldn't be paired with a criminal like him in the end .
@@varsha44shrivastava39 I would still wait and watch because writer will unfold all the events in the end, otherwise it would be a very bore drama. Anyhow who gets Nashwa, it is also a suspense. 👍
We saw them recently in gentleman drama but they didn't end up together. Anyways Usama is also doing justice to this role. Burhan's character is simple yet sophisticated just like his father
Disagree with that..usama is doing a fab job just Coz ghair n smd were disasters doesn't mean he can't act..he was very gud in his soap ek.sitam aur..we shud give him a chance
Please please please two episodes of FARAAR absolutely right you both are. Howwww can we make do with just bits and pieces of Hamza , we need more of this gorgeous actor. Also thank you for talking about his absolutely insane screen presence, the man is fire on screen 🔥🔥🔥🔥
QEJ: I'm pretty sure that Nashwa will be married to Ammar. Not out of love but out of compulsion. Like Aamna said, there are a lot of things in the promos and the ost indicating that she will be married to Ammar but she will still fight against him. I know that promos can be misleading but Fariyal deepens my doubts. She is a no bullshit girl and the minute she gets to know about Ammar's criminal history- she'd reject him in no time and would probably prefer Burhan and Nashwa would have to bear the burnt end of the stick.
I watch Haute reviews exclusively for your opinions. While RUclips occasionally suggests other channels, none have captured my interest like yours. I always wait for your reviews.
Hassan, one hand you say there is no competition but you are so offended that your viewers watch other shows and just for that reason you are being rude and stubborn to your viewers. So childish
@@hannakhan3982I’m feeling lowkey gaslighting … hum inn ke pyaar main keh rahe hain ke timely review karain, yeh ulta hamain bura feel Kara rahe hain …
Yumna character in qarz e jaan is cool , decent, polite as well as empowering too. She is not rude like other feminist characters we generally see on screen and the best part of the character is that she clearly states her point with out offending others. Actually the cousin character is annoying as he repeatedly misbehaves with nashwa and also with new relative girl. I feel this drama is normalising the misbehaviour of cousins as common. Story has some flaws but they can be ignored compared to other dramas.
@suman-by7gt if they show on one or two situations then this can be realistic but frequently showing it is normalising. Actually drama makers are showing it in a way thats it being normalising. They are showing like this, nashwa is tolerating most of the time and only few times she is restricting but she doesn't teach him any lesson for his pathetic behavior
I love your reviews Aamna and Hassan because of your progressive thinking. You 2 are like my social circle and your conversations help me combat my loneliness in long, cold and dark winters of Canada.
I relate with this comment so much, i live alone in London as well and I always tune into these reviews while cooking or doing groceries alone and it feels like i’ve got company.
Aye Ishq e Junoon.. the burden of no chemistry is on Ushna.. Shehrayaar has chemistry with every character in this drama, Ushna is a horrible actress, with her Botox and fillers, and fake accent.. yes it’s fake, don’t care if she has lived in Canada.. her accent is made up. Stop casting her and ruining every drama!
I am loving Usama playing Barrister Burhan. Also Hassan and Aamna, the character needs to look young enough to be Asim's son. If he looked older, it would be obvious.
Hiii, I absolutely agree with you Hassan. I watch multiple shows on drama reviews but despite that I still look forward to Something Haute because I really love your reviews. They are always insightful and it’s always good to have various different perspectives.
I love Qarz e Jaan but I also agree with Hassan that Nashwa should be disgusted with Ammar and that disgust and anger should reflect on her face.. she does express her dislike towards him but that’s not enough.. even Ammar’s sister is absolutely in her own world.. just concerned with her marriage.. none of the family members have been shown (not enough) to be affected by what Ammar did.. this is the only strange part of this otherwise an incredibly amazing drama 😊
Amna you are constantly talking about osama khan ,he is doing a great job as an actor and struggling to achieve the level of top actors ,you are criticising him without any reason,we are bored to watch those same actors in this type of look We want new faces like osama in lead roles Plz stop talking about him in every other drama ,let him build his carrier Watch my comment plz and add it to the review
Hasssan u have always supported usama ....plz dont underestimate him in qarz e jaann.....he ll definately win ur hearts ....untill now only story has been opned up....love tracks r pe ding...dont judge so early....i hope hassan u ll understand
With all due respect. And I enjoy your reviews intellectually strong but having said that Usama and his performance/screen age/ dressing/ dialogue/ character/ screen time has been really a conversation in all of your reviews. It is always a stretch in every conversation. Seems a bit harsh tbh. I personally enjoy him as Burhan. It is unfair to keep comparing him with other actors who could have would have should have played this role. But understandable that’s your opinion. Tho it shouldn’t revolve so much about what could be better better.
I think nashwa will agree to get married with Ammar on 1 condition if her mother get permission to be with Asim. This is why nashwa will unfortunately ends up with ammer. My observation 😌

@ We know this already about her love for Burhan. plus he will also get married to Feryal according to teasers. what I am looking forward will Nashwa fall in love again or not in future! bcz Love can happen again.
You still think it's an "allegation" when they have clearly told the audience what videos of him and Maheen Ammar had in his phone? Maheen says to Bakhtiar k kash aap ne ye videos dekhi hoti tou apko apne betay ka jurm nazar aa jata, which means those were the videos of the assault, and yet we hope there might be a twist? Why are people still sooo pro-Ammar, and want Nashwa to fall for him?
The dialogue in Faraar where policeman says batish ko zeher ka injection diya tha was actually a bluff, because if she had known batish she would have reacted differently
You guys missed one scene of Faraar and I was waiting to see your reaction about that. When Fasih asked the nurse, "akhri bar bat kab hoi thi Faraz say" and she says, "Ap k pas list hay khud dekh Len", the shift in Ahmed's expressions was fantastic. In micro seconds, he changed his expressions from soft to threatening without apparently doing or saying anything.
Even i think Nashwa and Ammar will get married or maybe Bhaktiyar will force Nashwa or Ammar to marry each other so Nashwa should close that Murder case against Ammar. And I believe Nashwa will say yes for this marriage becoz of bisma. She want Bisma and Asim to be together than Nashwa and Burhan. Now i am sure Nashwa and Ammar will get married. Probably towards end Ammar will be killed and in the end its Nashwa and Burhan only after knowing the fact that Burhan is adopted child of Asim... THis drama is going to be very interesting.... I am just rooting for Nashwa and Ammar....
QeJ: its already mentioned he is adopted in a scene where Bisma visits Sabeen villa. After she leave Burhan tells his father that this lady is worth your wait, and why didn't u mentioned that you are still standing wheee she left u

QEJ: guys i had a theory where ammar is actually not a criminal but is made to do all this stuff under influence by bakhtiar. ammar looks a psychological patient in his solo scenes and thats bec bakhtiar drugs him and when nashwa finds out she will back ammar up
Nashwa is living with Ammar since ever. They grew up together. Even tough he is evil, they share a level of comfort. As simple as that.
@lubi1984 yeah Childhood bond
EXACTLYYY
Yeah I found his reasoning really weak. He says he doesn’t want competition, but yet considers that his platform should be somewhat of a monopoly for the viewers, when viewers themselves often want multiple opinions which is right in itself to gauge how they perceive it as well.
It’s not even about competition … for us SH family, we want to hear THEM talk about our fav dramas … not some other platform … it’s seriously disappointing that they are not listening to their audience feedback on this!
Exactlyyyy
i don't watch review at other channel
And these days i don't find the review as interesting
But i still watch every seconds of your review
I wasn't understanding why
I think the point that you mentioned that we forget what happened in the episode (the tinyyyy details) might make sense
It would have been so much fun that immediately after the episode ends i could watch the review
For me it doesn’t matter which day, which drama. I am just here to listen your views about them❤
Hassan in QeJ, the dynamic between Nashwa and Amaar is the same as sibling rivalry.
Yes I remembered in office naswa bolti hai...woh meri bhi jaise hai...
Also, she doesnt just beleieve her friend when she accuses Ammar
She puts two and two together before she believes.

@@nadiyapanjwani534100% … we SH family loyalists are not going to other platforms for the drama reviews … we want THEIR review on our fav dramas at the earliest!

Well said
You are absolutely correct
Smart thinking. Yes you may right but maybe Nashwa is a strong headed but soft hearted girl. She wants to punishe him but he is her cousin and they stay in a same house that's why the littel soft corner is still existing. But you have a strong point, can be possible.
Qej:I m totally hooked to this drama direction, story and performances everything is top notch 10/10 ❤
Yes Nashwa and Ammar looked amazing when she is in black dress- felt they can strike a chemistry
Ha meri reel me bhi aa rha tha ki un dono ki chemistry is chemistring....😅
I agree that burhaan needed someone with stronger presence....but if wahaj had played burhaan, no one would be shipping nashwa with amaar😂
Qarz E Jaan
Best ongoing drama till now
Agreeed❤❤❤❤
Totally agree. Ramsha is destroying the character
Qarzejaan is the best show
@jyotsanamanoliya3470 indeed
Deepak revealed this in his interview with Aamna.
Exactly 💯
@@noorulain87agreed. Its mind numbing
@franm3482 most welcome. I echo your thoughts and surprised why more people are not seeing this.
Both the writer and the director deserve huge applause
Also, I really love the BGM of QeJ, whoever is managing it, kudos to them!
But the launch teasers clearly indicate Ammar and Nashwa marriage know
Ig they would get married but at the end they will get separated nd she will end up with Burhan
This is just my line of thinking.
@@hana_0712 I think so too but I hope they do end up together.

I loved your review more 😅
Wow !

Good point. I totally agree👍
Hi Hassan and Amna. I’m watching this episode and follow your content very religiously even if i’m not watching most of the dramas you’re reviewing. I understand Amina’s point of view on indoor plants:)
There are sensitive indoor plants that can get stressed out if you change their spot or move them a lot. They start shedding leaves .
Yes, my fiddle leaf fig plant dried up (died) out of stress after I moved it outside for sunlight.
I was stressing when Hasan was shaking the little tender pauda. Please leave it alone, plants can feel the stress, understand that Hasan…
I enjoyed QEJ so much, I went back and rewatched some of the dialogues. Great script, direction and performances.
I agree. It’s a good performance but I wish he worked on his language and pronunciation.

Fun fact: Did you know when you plant berries, it takes them 1 year to recover from placement shock and start to give fruit 1 year after planting in new place even if it was already fruitful in old place.
Not everything has to be denied, thankyou!
Thank you!!!
Qarz-e-jan : nashwa will be forced to make a trade in place of her mother..her mother will be free and nashwa will marry nameer
I listen to you guys not because I am interested in drama reviews, but because I am interested in your conversations. They are my comfort watch. ❤
Me too, 90% of these dramas I don't watch, but I watch all the reviews 😊
As an indoor plant lady i can totally understand amna's perspective. My kids sometimes joke, mom u love ur plants more than us when i get mad at them for breaking a leaf or even roughly touching my plants
😂😂 Same here!!
I'm with you too! 🌿
I believe too…
QeJ Nashwa is living with her cousin Ammar in same house thatswhy she has comfortable level with him.
Seriously! Why are they not understanding this!
Hassan is black and white -
Glad someone else agrees with me.
Finally Usama landed a good project like QeJ. Happy for the poor lad.
Agree
Nameer should be in lead
Also We all want Yumna-Ahad
Plz cast them in a drama
Agreeed
Ahad RM and Yumna Zaidi will be a great combo, with a good script ofc.
I eagerly want to see Nameer and Yumna in intense romantic drama...... although there's 10 year age gap...but still
I've been waiting to see Ahad and Yumna together for so long now.
Yumna and Ahad together in serious romantic drama...I'm sure they can create great chemistry together.
Yumna is shah rukh khan ..she can make good chemistry with any actor..usama nd Nameer both looks good with yumna..
The aura of Faisal Rehman just made qarze jaan so good! And s good story icing on top
Agreed! Its suddenly giving the story an old school romance vibe like PTV days. I am also shipping for Bisma/Asim more than the lead couple 😊
It depicts real life and also shows nashwa is not those typical heroine too
Omg long comment 😂😂😂
Qarz e Jaan is fantastic! Top notch direction, I have become a fan of Saqib Khan!
Exactly..I wanted to know their comments about his performance as everyone is praising Nameer Khan screen presence and acting but they didnt talk about him😢
duniyaur finally getting some hype in haute review yayyy, thanks aamna hassan for taking feedback so positively
1:11. Hassan is so funny😂 joomofie😂
He is such a vibe .. Mein Jahil hoon 4:15 I think we got the energetic and loud Hassan back
Shukar hae Hassan is back
I'm just loving QEJ. So interesting n power-packed drama
Hassan and amna i only watch your reviews and that is not about reviews tbh,
I enjoy listening to you both,
You both are like a part of family to me.
Infact i dont watch most of the dramas yet i listen to your reviews
So review whenever you want
I'll keep watching it ❤
And sorry im not that interactive.
Burhan will be married to faryal
Exactly...In OST and promos I think Nashwa is married to Burhaan and Faryal is married to Ammar...
The biggest one is when she tries to cry and looks like she is laughing. Also her eyes look scary. Not sure if that is lighting or makeup😮
@ Botox
U guys need to stop unnecessarily hate on Usama especially Aamna. But i do agree u should have shown him in action in court but i guess they wanna keep his court performance reseeved for when he will fight Ammar case.
Hassan’s confusion is unfounded , it’s human relationships. When u grow up with someone, you are not scared of that person irrespective of whatever they are doing. They feel protected by the relations around them.
It’s like teachers they are not really scared of their students irrespective of whatever the students do outside the school 😅
Agreed
QeJ: just wanted to comment there was nothing wrong with Ammar standing on the prayer mat with his socks on, that girl just picked on him for no reason. Prayer mat is nothing sacred, you can pray anywhere, even on a clean towel if your aren’t sure of the cleanliness of the carpet or floor.
Thats so true! But unfortunately in our culture alot of such things are considered highly sacred. People lack religious education and awareness
Oh yeah please stand on where I'm about to put my head on in prostration to my creator nothing wrong with it.
So if Ammar is innocent then I will root for Ammar and Nashwa because their scenes somehow directed in such a way that you are bound to appreciate the chemistry
thats what i felt. Amaar has more prominent role compared to burhan
Zahid Ahmed would be the good one with Yumna Zaidi as Barister Barhaan🥰
Agreed 💯💯
Yeah, thought same as me
We saw them recently in gentleman drama but they didn't end up together. Anyways Usama is also doing justice to this role. Burhan's character is simple yet sophisticated just like his father
Excellent
Disagree with that..usama is doing a fab job just Coz ghair n smd were disasters doesn't mean he can't act..he was very gud in his soap ek.sitam aur..we shud give him a chance
Oh yess Amna is right.. We need two episodes of faraar and qarz e jaan
Thankyou so much for the detailed review of duniyapur
Also Nashwa’s reaction towards the end was because it was a shadi ka ghar and the mahol is a happy one, which also impacts ones reactions.
That's not normalising, bits just showing something which is realistic
@ I am glad that I am not the only one, but yeah loneliness sucks.
Totally agree
I am loving Usama playing Barrister Burhan. Also Hassan and Aamna, the character needs to look young enough to be Asim's son. If he looked older, it would be obvious.
Hassan has a point but you have to understand Nashwa from a lawyer stand point. They keep everything at low key to trap the culprit
Please move Faraar and QeJ both to Wednesdays!
Hassan bhai nahi maante … hum ne bohat try ker li
Amna you are constantly talking about osama khan ,he is doing a great job as an actor and struggling to achieve the level of top actors ,you are criticising him without any reason,we are bored to watch those same actors in this type of look
We want new faces like osama in lead roles
Plz stop talking about him in every other drama ,let him build his carrier
Watch my comment plz and add it to the review
1:24:30 you are absolutely right amna
I think nashwa will agree to get married with Ammar on 1 condition if her mother get permission to be with Asim. This is why nashwa will unfortunately ends up with ammer. My observation 😌
It doesn't matter to me when you review a particular drama and in what order. I'm here to listen to your review, banter and conversation. Please continue the good work.❤
Ammar and Nashwa chemistry is insane in QEJ.
wished he was not rapist. hoping there is another twist in future 👀
They will get marrued
@@Malicmalic82 yeah we know that but I am more curious about his rape allegations in future. and will Nashwa feel something for him too?
@@anonymous-cn2xf no she wont feeel.
Becz muhabat burhan say hogi.
Wether ammar criminal or not.
Pyar burhan say higa aur shaadi ammmmar say
Loving usman nd yumma together. Usman is doing complete justice to the character.
Okay, but who is Usman? 🤔
Usama Khan
The dialogue in Faraar where policeman says batish ko zeher ka injection diya tha was actually a bluff, because if she had known batish she would have reacted differently
nashwa and ammar are cousins and have lived together forever so there would be comfort that cant go away in a night
Podcast ka topic kia tha yeh tou bata dain!!
Moreover guysss, just do whatever you like! Your opinion matter that’s it.❤
Thanks for such a nice detailed Duniyapur review. Hasan was v cutely shipping AnaMir today- and we can totally relate.
Same
going on this track where girl marries someone and loves someone else is most boring thing in dramas. then end things on divorce or death.
QeJ : I think Burhan is adopted because Asim was married after Bisma and her husband died early after marriage so how can Burhan be elder than Nashwa
Loved your Duniyapur review. Finally done justice.
QeJ: its already mentioned he is adopted in a scene where Bisma visits Sabeen villa. After she leave Burhan tells his father that this lady is worth your wait, and why didn't u mentioned that you are still standing wheee she left u
Qarz E Jaan story is so good❤❤❤
I moved to sydney 5 years back. When my husband would go for work i would watch pakistani content just to feel a little less home sick. Autoplay pe har doosra video ap ka lagta n i would be irritated by it. Kya ye do har waqt patar patar lage hote hain. Us se pehle i wouldn't watch itne zyada pakistani dramas tau samajh bhi nahi ati thi kya bol rahe hain. Slowly n gradually, u guys started growing on me. Ab i can't miss a single episode of urs. I literally wait for a new one. You guys like family or friends in my lounge. N i agree with ur perspective on things 99.99% of the times.
Love you guys❤
Thank you for your videos
QEJ: guys i had a theory where ammar is actually not a criminal but is made to do all this stuff under influence by bakhtiar. ammar looks a psychological patient in his solo scenes and thats bec bakhtiar drugs him and when nashwa finds out she will back ammar up
Appeal for 2 episodes a week for both Faraar and Qarz e jaan 🙏
