Making birthdays meaningful

People usually look forward to birthday celebrations as they get to receive gifts. But one lady chose to celebrate her 70th birthday recently by giving away gifts. She donated 29 wheelchairs and blood pressure monitors to Tzu Chi Eye Center as a way of repaying her parents' love. Her generosity warmed the hearts of patients with mobility problems.
