I think that recipe would be improved by putting the raw chicken into that paste you made after cooling it down, then leaving it over night to marinade before cooking it. Other than that it does look quite tasty.
That didn't look at all bad mate. Love your cooking!!! Fantastic charity shop find! I prefer my curries hot but as you said, you can always add extra chilli. Love to you both mate ❤❤❤👍👍👍👍
Keith the Hairy Bikers Chicken Balti looked delicious l think spinach was maybe to add colour to dish but the whole meal looked Million times better than weatherspoons yours was fresh!! love to both of you Nat you look so much younger than your age l feel 90 at the moment Lol l wouldn't go live until Blake gone back spend quality time together ♥️♥️😋xxx
Mmm Keith that looked very tasty perfect for a Autumn night definitely could adjust the seasonings if you wanted to, very easy recipe I'm going get some stuff in and do it tomorrow for supper Cheers mush big love to nat ❤️❤️
Hi keith . Good vlog ! I dont know why that tasted mild n bland? . Id add some more spices to it to spice it up even more!. Take care you ol Trucker! Steve. 👍.
Good find that, I love a charity shop cookbook! Not surprised it's not too spicy, I suppose the beeb would get loads of complaints if it was the proper heat! Still looks really nice 👍🏻
Looks nice I will have a go at that love a balti but I might leave out the spinach as I love fresh coriander in all my curries well done Keith look forward to the next fakeaway
'Weatherspoons' take note, this is what you call a great looking Meal, apart from some of that Rubbish you serve up, looked another Delicious plate of Food Keith and you are always so down to earth and 100% real, no ifs and buts you say it as it is and that to me makes you a Top Fella, amazing couple you and Nat are and i had to chuckle when you said you like em big hahaha 🤣🤣🤣 and that Book looked well worth the few Quid mate, a Great Addition 🙂 see you and your Lass Nat on Friday for a bit natter 👍👍 Love your both to bits
I think you are a good cook but sorry mate, that is not a Balti. A true Balti takes about 8 minutes to cook over a high heat with no paste or sauce, and is cooked in the cast iron or stainless steel receptacle it is cooked in. I am sure your dish was nice but it was not a proper Balti.
That looks really nice much better than any take out and healthy to

Get yourself an aluminium pan for curries as it brings out the sugars that are in the onions....

That was superb. I’ll add the chilies to mine then I’ll probably score it 10 out of 10

I was thinking the same, that was definitely not a balti…. Especially with spinach in it. Plus no peppers
