I’d add professional clothing and a hobby. One of the most expensive purchases one can accrue is formal clothing at a premium because you were rushed. Or renting something you should already own. Just living life like you’re going through the paces is a great way to experience burnout in all walks of life. Picking up something you can do that you enjoy and isn’t as expensive and time consuming as travel will keep your happiness, and therefore productivity up. This is also great for people who find it hard to sleep at night, a hobby will sap the rest of the energy you have every day out of you. Better yet consider living or working near a place where you can do your preferred hobby. My workplace is near a golf course I enjoy, I’m an hour and a half drive from four ski resorts, and a three hour drive to the beach. All things I could get to within a day of driving if I really really wanted to.

That extra thousand may just be going into advertising and name brand just like clothes. Theres a threshold.

@@mdel310 Absolutely, but there's security in the reputation. As long as you took your time finding what you like, it wasn't a waste. Now at the age of 42, I am thrilled to share that my passive income exceeded $100k in a single month for the first time. This success reinforces the importance of the advice mentioned earlier. It is not about achieving quick wealth, but rather ensuring long-term financial prosperity
Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.
This is superb! Information, as a noob it gets quite difficult to handle all of this and staying informed is a major cause, how do you go about this are you a pro investor?
Through closely monitoring the performance of my portfolio, I have witnessed a remarkable growth of $483k in just the past two quarters. My biggest financial advice I can give anyone is their 20s is that you should never live above your means/wage. If you want something, budget/save for it. If you have clothes, keep wearing and don't always buy new clothes. That same $40 you spent on BBC shirt could buy a fraction of apple stock that in long run will be worth more than a piece of cloth/fashion. Edit: as context, I am a first generation college student from a humble family who all work factory jobs day in and day out. I know times get hard when money is tight but believe that you can do it! I believe in you and so do your friends. Don't be afraid to ask for help where needed and always be respectful and kind. I graduated with ZERO student loans, a paid off car that gets me to point A to point B and have a nice paying job. Best of luck to those in their 20s as this is the time in your life where you experience what life is really about and the actions you take alter the course of your future for better/worse.

25 years old. Bought a 2008 BMW for $5350 in 2018. Actually worth almost $6000 because of the car shortage now 😆

Lol same! 25, bought a 2008 335XI in 2018! Paid $5,500 and am still loving it
Gym membership is the only thing i can disagree with here. They're absolutely insane for how expensive they are. Buying weights to use at home is my way to go.
I agree on the mattress! Went into ashley and the first mattress they set me on was a 10k king size tempurpedic😂 i asked if they had a more affordable mattress and the next one was a 3k tempurpedic. Might not be the best mattress available but i enjoy sleeping so much more
Could not agree more with your video , wish I knew this earlier
nice summary!
Glad you liked it!

With how few drivers use their turn signals, you'd think that there was a shortage of blinker fluid.
Honestly a G shock watch is one of the best investments I've ever made. Swear the thing would survive infinity gauntlet.

I live in London where public transport is not maybe the best but it is okay so I think it is a good thing so I do not need to spend money on a car? I mean technically I can get a car but why
Yeah you are in the best spot then, dont get a car! Especially in Europe, I know its MUCH more expensive to own and operate one.
Humphrey, what do you have your degree in ?
