Is that otter originally from Ontario Canada ? Looks like Bill Fehring’s old otter. If so I flew many a times as a kid in that plane. Nice to see her again.
I remember Walker Lake I accidentally slipped and fell into it I was wet for a while actually the rest of the night day whatever you wanna call it this looks like midnight I love Alaska
I used to fly with maps that were just blanks! Last I flew, I had good GPS that gave me the exact distance, direction and height but it was was so foggy that I could not see my own wing or the Otter's nose! So I could land totally blind but at the right place. Imagine, you slowed down and suddenly, you landed, then go forward very slowly until I see a beach, then turn the plane around to back up to that beach! I had two GPS, one was my portable one, in case the other one shut down!
I can tell at a glance thats got the 1000hp PZL radial engine, i wonder if they burn car gas in it, most of those radials like that will, without any problems
I love the Birdseye view the more turns the better
Spectacular country.
Watched them drag her down the street at Bettles to the launch pond from winter quarters a couple times.

You can have the stupid stealth fighters and stealth crap....all I want is an otter
It's engine running sounds like a music to me 😀
Another thing…..Otter pilots always get home.
This exact model just killed ten in Puget Sound.
It was not this exact model. It was a Turbo-engined Otter. Shit happens.
