to me, this song is about life after loss. the story is a person recalling the final words of the person who saved their life, and moving on. it's pretty important when you think of it like that. like many of Utsu-P's tracks. I hope he never stops addressing these really hard but important topics. it's part of what makes him great in my eyes. he's not afraid to be political, or to be inspirational, or to call people out.
It feels kinda like a reference to the Hiroshima Bombing?
when you realize that rin can sing metal really good...

What exactly is the difference between this version and the original? I can definitely hear one, but I can't pin what it is....
Both instrumentals and vocal work have been remastered. The song itself, structure wise, is the same.
ButteryandBubbly That's one of my favourite aspects of his albums; he doesn't just use old songs as filler for new albums, he actually rewrites the instrumental and performs it all over again!
Why must Utsu P always make Rin sound like a little girl? Is it because she represents the little girl living within him? How long will it be before Utsu P finds the courage to transition to this desired reality? Purely conjecture here.
