The gorgeous desk and built ins are just incredible. I think it’s the use of space and besides it’s well made, high quality, and fits her space perfectly even the aesthetics… wow! Everything has its place, I love that. I think that piece goes so well with all of her delicately painted pieces you’ve already done, to have the softness of the wood, it’s just organic in many ways yet very organized and precise, perfect, clean lines… good job as always!

You do an amazing job building projects. It's always good recording your happy customers (if they allow you to record) but the ending part on how the lady was happy made it more interesting because she liked how it turned out and the way she asked. Man, I wish I could have some tiny piece of talent that you have. Awsome job.

The whole pattern plywood thing is cool, but your design style of simple, functional and beautiful in perfect balance is what really makes it awesome.
Btw, you can get the Blum drawer locking devices that have side to side adjustment as well. They're just a bit more expensive than the standard clips, but totally worth it - especially when there's very tight tolerances or grain matching, etc.

As a Canadian, I've grown up and still use a combo of metric and imperial. When measurements get smaller than an 1/8", I can't conceptualize that size and switch to millimetres. Canada has all the confusing ways to measure things.

I'm British, use either Imperial or Metric depending on which works best, and can (mostly) convert between the two pretty easily, but the system Americans use for cooking requires conversion tables, and I don't see why I should be doing equations just to make some biscuits.

Im Dutch we don’t use inches but they are on a few tools we use here, and sometimes when I measure it falls directly on inches no way I’m gonna go into half mm xD

Nice project! Suggestion for a tweak: the bypass doors will look better with a smaller gap. You’d need to use inset pulls for clearance . You can get the raised center in the track grooves down to about 5 or 6 mm if the stock will hold.

Love your work mate. The whole edging ply with ply is mind blowing. Never thought of doing it this way.
I have made Damascus looking edges from light and dark layers of veneer edging. Thats something I think you would like to experiment with.
Just a tip, Easy way to hang a drawer face... pre drill two screws in opposing corners on the diaginal, screw them through just so the tip sticks out through the face of the drawer, then align it and give it a knock where the screws poke through the drawer to transfer 2 marks onto the back of the drawer front. Pre drill and fit. Then you can adjust it with a mallet, then predrill and fix the two remaining screws. To fix it permanently.
This way you font need double sided tape!
    Cheers for sharing

Freud “Thin kerf glue line rip” It’s a little harder to find than the regular glue line rip but worth it. I think it’s a popular Blade because it sells out often in the years I’ve bought them. Might help people with the quest for pattern plywood efficiency.
Enjoyed this video and project. Making custom storage out of plywood is very rewarding to me. Even a simple rectangular pencil holder or small trays for milling tools in my toolboxes are simplified because of plywood. Cabinets too of course. You took it to another level with the pattern plywood. Definitely would not be as interesting if it was solid edge-banding or drawer faces.
