When submitting an NOA manually through FISS, what information is needed to be keyed in for an acceptable NOA aside from what has been mentioned? Do we need a PCP (76) inputted on page 4? Are admission type (14) or source (15) still needed? Also, when a patient is being transferred to our agency with an existing episode from the current HH, do we still need to put the “47” condition code with the NOA? Hopefully I could get an answer.
