I learned in 3 months of interning as much as I did 2.5 years of school work which includes plenty of lab work which simulated real world events and problems, and STILL I learned more from interning than from labs because it is REAL. I am reminded of what Mike Tyson said "Everybody has a plan until you get punched in the face". Nothing beats real world training.

G.A. is a master, bring him over he gonna be special, just like he was as a player and he is more mature then when he was as a player, he won't be getting into trouble for all the wrong reasons now. He just seems like he needs to relearn the whole business of being into the nba a little differently this time as a coach cause now he would be interacting more with the players and the media from a different standpoint which is what he seems to be interested in wanting to do, as he wants to take on a coaching job to help teach and develop the younger players coming into the league.

Gil is really knowledgeable but his approach is so harsh I can see it coming off off putting to some people. He will need a buffer person in between him and the more sensitive people. It sounds like hes an asshole but hes just direct.
