      Sorry for this one sir,
Hello Ali, I participated eagerly in the giveaway, reaching out through emails and comments with genuine enthusiasm. The anticipation was high, and I had hoped for a chance to take a step towards my passion. However, not receiving a response has left me feeling disheartened. Despite this, I appreciate the opportunity for the opportunity❤❤❤❤❤❤
I want to express that my feelings of disappointment are not directed at you. I had invested a lot of hope and effort in the giveaway, and it's disheartening not to have received the chance I was eagerly anticipating. I understand it's a part of the process, and I'll continue to support your content. Thank you sir

As a doctor with multiple experiences of burnout, it took me so long to realize that working harder doesn't make me feel better. I watched some colleagues working less and getting more done within a shorter time, not to mention getting more noticed and appreciated. Then I looked at myself and wonder why I was always burnt out: I needed to work on my mood!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and discoveries. I have been watching your videos for over 2 years and I'm more than convinced to buy your book today!

Cute blender animation! It actually looks good, I’m so used to RUclips channels putting no effort into hiring a real animator to make animations and the result is often me wishing they would just stick to talking with no visuals. I’m a big animation fan so I’m very grateful you put real effort into finding someone to make this work! This looks good!

Also, were there any other videos or animations that inspired you to create it this way? The book has been a transformative experience in my life, offering simple yet profound insights that are easy to implement. Your approach is not just educational but truly inspiring. It's clear to see the impact your work is making, and I can personally attest to its positive influence on my life. Keep up the fantastic work!

The problem is most people don’t have this skill developed.
Many people are going to watch this and use feeling good as a requirement and excuse to not take action on improving their lives.
But if this fits the right person it can be extremely useful.

Two years ago, I really was struggling to get back into shape. I would force myself to go to the gym and had a workout plan in my head but just couldn’t ever finish it like I wanted. Nor did it feel good when I did. I would listen to David Goggins and other motivational gurus to help. Eventually I just stopped going.
A couple of months later, I randomly signed up for a Muay Thai class. I instantly fell in love. It was hard work, but loved the community of people in the classes. Completely changed my life. Sometimes you just need to step back and re-asses where you are going, and if there’s a better direction to take. You can’t hard work your way to happiness. It has to be deliberate action.

For anyone who has had a background of childhood abuse or trauma that has not been resolved, being productive or being positive can be a struggle. Chronic Stress, especially we are young with no knowledge of how to self regulate emotions, can wreck havoc on our nervous system. This creates many negative long term health consequences. And also leaving us with compromised brain function. It is so important to release tension in the muscles and calm the nervous system so we can process stuck emotions in the body and move out of fight or flight activation. Getting back to our parasympathetic nervous system. Rest and Digest. Feel safe, feel your self again and create the life you have wanted. There is hope ❤️

A wonderful animated introduction to your first chapter! I can't wait to start your book next after the last few minutes of an audiobook I am reading on Marcus Aurelius and Stoicism. I am creating some slides for my Life Skills course to share your teachings with my high school students, and I will be introducing them to your RUclips channel so that they can get a head start on all of the wonderful thoughts you have on productivity! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us! You are really making a difference in my world as I prepare to retire from teaching soon. Now I can shift to teaching online using your strategies and inspiration!

Wow. Your journey in the first part of the video is so much like my journey through engineering school. For me, grad school was hard, and that's where I first seriously questioned the idea that productivity had to be a hard slog.

We all kind of romanticised medical careen. It is really the most rewarding career you can ever have and it is really hard to quit medicine but medical school never prepared us for that real world in the hospital.
P.S The animation and new style is a fresh air❤

I really appreciated this video, as a medium-term *VRI TOKEN* holder. I know you commented on not many people paying attention to this, but it was very relevant for holders such as myself. After watching your thoughts, I willbuy more. I also remember your earlier assessment. This will crush the market.
