Basically, even The Ones (like The Son) taking Anakin's body, amped him to such a degree that the whole jedi order + palpatine vs him stood no chance. This is because to be The Chosen One has no limits, because that's like saying The Force has limits. People keep trying to count his Midichlorians, but as George Lucas puts it, he could of had 30,000, or even 40,000, this is pointless because he is the embodiment of The Force. You can think of The Force like a bright light, and the Midichlorians like moths. The moths like to group up in mass to where the light is brightest, and to force sensitives, the moths can guide them and direct them. However, with Anakin, it felt more like the moths (Midichlorians) just bunched up to him naturally instead to what a max cell count could do, if they could house more, they would. This is why in Mortis, Anakin could pull off feats that went beyond what he should do with that science. If another being with 40,000 midichlorians came to Mortis, they could not have subdued The Son and The Daughter in the same manner as him.
Destroying both was necessary the jedi betrayed their own views, and the force and the sith are well the sith nether was fit to go on into the future and in legends at least luke brought a change of philosophy the jedi needed.
Luke/Leia both have the same amount of midi-chlorian counts and same potential as Anakin....Lucas states that....Lucas also states that Luke becomes the most powerful force-user in history....Just because Anakin was the Chosen One doesn't mean he'd be all-powerful....it just meant that he'd destroy the Sith....he did that by physically picking up Palpatine and throwing him into the reactor as well as turning back to the light-side (killing his Vader Sith persona) and in doing so, he created balance.....He was just chosen to destroy the Sith....but it was LUKE who helped him as well by turning his father back to the light-side, killing the Sith Lord Darth Vader....
I heard that anakin would have only had the abilities of the father on Mortis, is that true or would he be able to use those abilities also outside of Mortis
Maybe Mortis would make him most powerful, but he is trapped there so no thanks. Rather be a Sith myself. Also vaapad wouldn't be athreat, just don't play lightsaber. They are but toys to the very powerful. Someone weaker in the Force can beat someone stronger in lightsaber combat therefore no lightsaber combat for me if I am that strong. Lightsabers frustrate the hell out of me because they are used all the kriffing time when you can see that Bane can handle people like Qordis with just the Force. Lightsabers are good for average Force sensitives and those above average like Yoda in some sircumstances like when fighting Dooku or Sidious who are near enough to survive Force attacks, but Anakin at full potential doesn't need that crap anymore.
If you are far more powerful than somebody in the force (like Yoda was to Ventress or the Son was to Obi Wan and Ahsoka), you can deactivate a lightsaber with just the force alone. So definitely agree there. But you also have to consider the character. I think Anakin would be so arrogant and anxious to prove his abilities that if he somehow could fight someone like Mace Windu with a lightsaber as a sith he would.
Yes, just like how Darth Bane wanted to beat the blade master with a blade. Still frustrating though. I've been told other stories like the x-man commics have dug the same holes with their heroes, far to powerful so they're like, how can anybody be a threat. For those saying the Force is to OP though, Vader did say in ep 4 that the ability to destroy a planet was insignificant next to the power of the Force.@@starwarsjaylon
There is some scaling that suggests that everyone surpassed everyone from Mortis after S3 of the Clone Wars as Anakin is the Chosen One and the Father stated to release the guilt instead of using the Mortis Nexus like Obi-wan said to use also it was stated that Anakin defied the Father meaning that is not how he was supposed to beat the test but it still proved he was the Chosen One and after that amp from the Son while his memories were erased his power should be intact as well as the fact that they who guard the power being the Ones are dead and since the avatars of Light and Dark are dead everyone can now surpass them due to them essentially locking everyone below them prior to this event and why the Son needed Anakin as his heart was stated to be like Mortis which is what the Son needs as this Mortis is the origin of the force which is essentially corrupted due to Anakin.
