with each video i watch im growing in my certainty about some changes introduced by 5.5 are bad, at least for campaings (cant say the same for pvp cause i dont know). Artis that resurrect creatures, full mana at every point, some hability changes (like sprites not having bees cast), the eternal turn delay for enemy IA with that stunning shot, some changes to IA that causes creature inactivity. Also the fact that fights on the map are always against groups of creatures makes combats feel repetitive, the strat to beat them its the same every time, i would rather increase the flat number of one unit than put a bunch of different ones to make fights tougher. I honestly think, with the deserved respect for the effort and hard work for the mod devs, campaings are worst than 5.0 version.
imo this is unfortunately true. H5.5 author even recommends to play the Findan campaign in the original mode due to his changes to AI logic, according to the H5.5 faq www.moddb.com/mods/might-magic-heroes-55/tutorials/mmh55-faq-troubleshooting

@@Stepcloserr I'd say so. But this is coming from someone who didn't really like the original that much. I think 5.5 improved it a lot.
@@Stepcloserr Rebalance, more hero classes and specializations, some new mechanics are quality of life changes. I like it a lot.
