Apu salted butter use korle cream e salty bhab thake onek. Ami last time aarong er butter diye try koreychilam. Etay o ki same hobe?

salted butter use na kore unsalted butter use kora tai better. normally ami amar business er jonno always unsalted tai use kori.
but jehetu recipe ta shobar jonno, ar shobai unsalted butter hoyto kinte chaibe na.. tai local butter diye korlam.
tobe farm fresh er saltiness onek kom. apni aita diye cream banate parben. prob hobe na. i mean salty lagbe na cream.
arong ami use korte pari na.. its too salty.

u can add 250 gm melted chocolate and mix with cream..
