- I tried different Roti meals in Ella, Sri Lanka with my friends @worldnomac and @GoWithAli , we compared 2 different restaurants and I was pleasantly surprised how nice roti is, i will definitely be ordering it again on my travels.

My dad went from Pakistan to Colombo in 95' and he had nothing but respect and great things to say about Sri Lanka. Even at that time, he mentioned that it was civilized and clean with a high literacy rate. Sadly the rest of South Asia can learn from SL

Harry the sauce is very similar to Thai green curry because of coconut milk, but the spices are very different, this sauce is very unique to Sri Lanka, called Kiri Hodi. Kiri hodi (Sinhala: කිරි හොදි), which literally translates to milk curry, is a popular and traditional Sri Lankan fragrant coconut milk gravy.[1] Made using a few basic ingredients, this dish is traditionally served hot alongside pol sambola (a coconut relish) or idiyappam (rice noodles).[2] Vegetables and fish can be added to the sauce to make a more substantial curry dish.
As with many traditional dishes, numerous variations can be found. As recipes are passed down from generation to generation each family's kiri hodi will be slightly different from the next, mainly down to the proportion of spices and chilies used and the inclusion of additional ingredients, such as maldive fish.(Wiki)

Roti and paratha are made up of same dough only the parathas base is thick and the roti's base is thin that's the difference 😊 Nice and enjoyed this vlog Harry 👏

Harry, a lot of Pakistani eateries in the UK, especially where the local community is from Pakistan/India have kitchens with glass with a full view of the chef at work. Try some in Small Heath Birmingham. The curry mile (Winslow Road) in Manchester, Brick Lane East London, Southall etc etc.
i will have to go there and try it out!

Dosa/ dosai/ thosai is an Indian food which made from flour of Fenugreek seeds. Ulundu wadei like donut shape also made from that flour. It is healthy compared to paratha.. ✌️😊 I recommend Kithul gala for water rafting. cheers 👍🏻

May I request you and Max after you complete your tour of Sri Lanka, can you visit the state of Kerala in India and cover it intensively and then move into the state of Karnataka and then end your tour in Goa. This will take you 3 months at least to cover it all. This is the most beautiful parts of India when it comes to natural beauty…..

Do you want to try the F35 experience on the ground.lets go in the S.L.T.B buses (the red colour ll/the government buses)
No 48 batticaloa - colombo
No 49 trincomale - colombo
No 57 anuradhapura - colombo
No 32 kataragama - colombo
These buses are the fastest buses in the 🇱🇰.in the late night its more more more fastest like a hypersonic misssile. I highly recomond this.im sure you never forget this experience .try this with your friends.
