"My understanding of how times works...." good line.
Jason seems like a really cool and nice guy, like someone you'd want to get a beer and hang out with.
#8 wearing the white hat in the Bears superbow, shuffle was actually the punter, Maury Buford
I came here to say the same thing - well done.
Ha ha I was about to say the same!
Sudeikis is such a talent!!
Hate to correct Jason, but as a Bears fan who owns an autographed picture of Maury Buford (No. 8), I had to say something! Kevin Butler was No. 6. Great stories though!
"Bald, blue, anonymous, and silent." Closest to a rock star that Sudeikis will ever get. 🤣😂 That was funny.
In other words, Lorne was the inspiration for Doc Evil. Never thought of that till now 😂
This isn't even a question - he's 100% the inspiration. Including the pinky move! That's all Lorne.
I thought everyone knew that 😁
it's not 100 percent Lorne but I mean, just watch the movies. he's by far the biggest piece of that puzzle
Rich, thanks for this interview. Love Ted Lasso.
That might be some sort of record for words per minute in an interview.
The blue man group was my favorite audition I’ve ever done
Great interview
Love Ted Lasso 😂
Excellent interview! LIKE!!
Dr. Evil was a Dana Carrey impression of Lorne Michaels that Mike Meyers stole without his permission. Leading to their longstanding falling out.
He also stole the mole joke in Austin Powers from John Candy in Uncle Buck.
Fred Armisen toured with blue man group
True. Though he wasn’t a blue man. He was in the band upstairs wearing the glow in the dark clothes.
Probably still have blue in some weird places
😂
Funny..we just got back from watching The Blue Man Group tonight at 5pm.. 😅
Final season of Ted Lasso has been amazing.
A show about different types of people.
People who exist in our society.
I don't subscribe to things like Netflix, Apple etc, I just stick to UK terrestrial channels and rarely watch anything other than the BBC but recently I decided (solely because of Ted Lasso) to subscribe and I binge-watched seasons 1 and 2. If season 3 is the last, well, that's it. I've not liked anything else they have, to be honest.
Just not about Ted Lasso
it is boring and ___
@@tiaweidman Sorry Tiffany...this season's storyline just wasn't interesting to me. I understand the reasons, and I appreciate/respect them. Just different than the 1st 2 seasons. Hope you have a wonderful weekend! :)
@@tiaweidman Well there! :) Hope you're watching Succession. The writers have done an amzing job with S4!
…Tobias Fünke would be so proud that Jason blue himself after getting the long awaited call from Blue man Group
Was Maury Buford, not Kevin Butler
You are correct. Maury Buford, the punter, was the guy playing the cowbell.
Mr. Eisen, you do a very good interview.
You have taken over for Terry Gross as the best interviewer in the game.
Thanks.
Do you think he knows who that is...?
Da La Guarda was incredible
Jason you actually played Maury Buford not Kevin Butler.
Eastbound and Down anyone?
Your fukkin' out, I'm fukkin' in. . . Best show ever lol
Rich has never heard Lorne speak?
People have cared about Jeff Ross for that long!?
Comedians always want to be musicians and vice versa.
His ex is so pretty.
Fake chow…….
I wonder how much coke he had.
Oh geez….meeting Joe Biden…..😂 Joe doesn’t know who he is. 🎉
he rambles too much
Zzzzzz... Zzzzzz.... Hey look, Jason's still talking.... Zzzzz.....
Wait... SNL is still gagging along?
I can’t watch him since he pulled that stunt on his ex wife. Just creepy.
Sudeikis needs to be arrested for false advertising. His show. Ted Lasso is billed as a comedy. If it is....its the WORST comedy ever. Its a DRAMA, with a couple of light hearted moments.
Horrible show. An OK drama. I watched the first 4 episodes. Gave it a real shot. And it failed.
Watch Ted Lasso then watch Cheers. Count the laughs.
Ok boomer.
@@Chitownchief When your comeback is that weak, you're shooting blanks. The OP is correct. In addition to that, Lasso climbed the woke ladder and took a hard nosedive. I liked Sudeikis, but was very disappointed with that woke garbage.
Just saying. If the most recent show you can reference for good comedy is a show that ended over 30 years ago you're outing your boomer status.
Perhaps I should have gone with OldManYellsAtCloud.gif joke.
I guess you're the bug this time. And every single other human being that has had the great pleasure of screening an episode of Ted Lasso are the collective windshield. I'm 58. Cheers, without question, is an awesome show. Funny you should mention it as an alternative. George Wendt is Jason Sudeikis' uncle. I'm willing to bet he thinks rather highly of his nephew's work.
@@Chitownchief ok mr Glib.
Chris Rock is horrible comedian
Liked Lasso before the wokeness.
Yikes
This final season of Ted Lasso is so woke it absolutely sucks
Please define the word “woke” and what’s woke about Ted Lasso
He can't define the word. He just thinks it glorifies everything he hates. Dude is just a hillbilly clown.
@@morganx4327they can’t define it they just hear other idiots so they keep repeating
I dont watch the show but woke means its too politically correct
@@damianl680 This
Jason should watch some Bob Newhart clips to learn the art of the pause ❤
Wat up wit dat!
He danced the hell out of it in those skits.
Why is Jason so much nicer than his ex-wife?
Sudeikis is the man!
Love it! Great guy!
He's so cool. Glad I saw him at the beginning.
Jason may have thought he was playing Kevin butler in the super bowl shuffle but he's wearing maury buford's jersey.
Hate to break the news to you Jason but Joey didn’t know what your father was talking about, who you were, what SNL stood for or even where the F he was.guaranteed he forgot the conversation 2 seconds after it happened
And he was looking over his shoulder eyeing a little boy.
Weirdo cultists so detached from reality can be found in all kinds of places...
All I see is Ted's impression of David
De la Guarda!!!!! Theee best
Wow. He rambles..
He’s a biden fan
Dude sure likes to hear himself talk.
He’s a biden fan
He is smart
Calling Biden the President is either the funniest or craziest thing he's ever said
Huh?
Give it rest for five minutes, will you?
Why?
Still crying?
@@sup8857 lol, MAGA tears
I love Jason Sudeikis I just finished the third season and final season I think of Lasso and man did it grip me? I’m 66 years old, crying like a little girl. but that being said he did portray a bear so I’m gonna have to hold that against him a little bit being a owner of the Packers fan for over 60 years❤😂
