What rpm does the Regen start off with? I'm using a Autel and it tells me that the Regen is not applicable but a few seconds after that message it raises to 900 rpm but that's it. First time doing it on these usually on Chevy and Ford's they're loud and way higher RPM.
I was doing a regen and I had code 1922 pop up I cleared and started a regen again and now I have 1921 code, which temp sensor do you recommend I should replace, I was thinking the differential pressure sensor on the particulate filters

No i would wait til It finishes before you remove the computer
It should not matter. If done properly you can unplug

I don't work on motorhomes so I'm not sure does it have an obd2 port

I need to force regen and there is no way to do it.
You can get it right from the Cummins website or for pickups I have a snap-on Zeus scanner that use for that
