Seems like you did pretty good with those goals, don't beat yourself up for not getting everything you wanted done just learn from it and try again. I focus on being present in the moment and give myself reasonable goals with steps along the way, getting into a good routine helps a lot. I do agree that if you start a project you should focus on finishing it before you start the next one but don't drop your whole routine to hyper focus. I don't vibe with staying focused on only one single thing and would rather be well rounded but it's true that's fastest way to improve at that thing.

For 2025 i want the body, mostly because im disgusted by what i look like right now. The problem has been made worse by the unseasonably cold weather where i live, which means my weight problem has only gotten worse. I have scale phobia, but it was only a month or so ago that i weighed a portly 255 pounds at 5’11, and since my pants have gotten tighter in recent weeks im pretty sure im now pushing at least 275😞 For 2025 i want to start walking at least a mile a day on my treadmill, up the number of girlpushups to 50 per day, and finally i want to keep a food journal where i keep a meticulous record of all the foods im wolfing down everyday.
