She may have spoken about this before, but using “SMART” goals is a great way to set doable goals that you can know if you achieved them or not. It stands for specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely. An example would be, “By the end of this year, I will have myself regularly waking up and out of bed at 8 am or earlier at least 6 out of 7 days of the week.” Hope this helps! I’m a therapist and we use these for setting client goals but I use them in my personal life too!:)

excited for your quarterly videos, that's such a good idea!! honestly i was feeling quite overwhelmed of the goals that I should set for 2024 but I'll take it easy and set what I want to set, not to do it just because of expectations I have on myself or that I feel from social media. You got this! This inspired me to think deeply about my own goals. I don’t really do resolutions so much as just general goals that I want to accomplish. I know that literally sounds like the same thing but to me “resolutions” is so official and intimidating.

Recommendation for the cooking part, go to a cooking class if you can afford it. I’m in Florida and my grocery store Publix offers them. It’s a great friend date too.

for the cooking/meal kit i’ve seen these bags in the refrigerated section at target that have all of the ingredients together and i believe they have all of the preparation instructions included as well! i’m not sure if they have them at every store but they seem super fun and helpful!!
