Years ago when I was a teenager I would make Hamburger Helper meals for my mom and myself . Nice meal after she worked all day. One day it dawned on me while cooking the hamburger, I could just add, peppers, onions, tomato sauce, cut up some cheese, boil water for pasta and wow a homemade version of Hamburger Helper plus days of leftovers yum

I love my mom’s pb blossoms. She always used Brachs chocolate stars, not Hersheys kisses. The stars are wider and thinner, giving a much better cookie to chocolate ratio! Chocolate in every bite!

My 5 children still ask for My Jiffy corn casserole. I have been making it for about 20 years. (kinda tired of making it) Even my husband likes it when I smoke a pork shoulder for BBQ. Menu: pulled pork, baked beans and Jiffy corn casserole.

@Nancy, yes!!! 🌽 casserole is soooo delish, my mom always made it so I made it for my son but only twice bc I never usually don’t have jiffy mix and corn at the same time! If I make it now it’ll be for myself bc my son is 31 and he can make it for his family!! I can go for some now, I’ll come over to your house for some 🌽 😂😂

I use the 1-2-3 peanut butter recipe for pb cookies and for blossoms. I double the recipe but it calls for 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of peanut butter and 1 egg! I double this and typically get 7 dozen smaller sized cookies!!!!

I’ve made those PB kiss cookies for well over 20 years since I was a kid. They aren’t supposed to spread out like the other recipes do. I also roll the dough balls in sugar before baking. My kids fight over them 😂

Good afternoon Mindy Mom. What a haul. Everything looks delicious. For dinner, I believe I'll be preparing some chicken Tetrazni from some ingredients in my pantry. It's a pasta bake casserole made with diced up chicken or turkey (or even seafood), mushrooms, and a buttery, cream based sauce. It's a popular American dish created by chef Ernest Arbogast in honor of the Italian opera star Luisa Tetrazzini, who debuted at his San Francisco hotel in the 1900's. That being said, have a wonderful Tuesday full of family, fun and food. 😊😊

So the lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, bell pepper, onion, radishes, cheese, limes, black beans, and green onion are all ready. Going to make the rice in a but and then at dinner time cook the ground turkey.
