Giving fines to homeless people is like throwing pebbles against a wall. It is not a solution to a massive problem. These people need a system that works not one that fails them.

It is way beyond sad but can you please enlighten me to how the advisory only, 'Voice' is going to make this even the slightest bit clearer to those in power?
This problem has been well known to ALL politicians, Liberals, Labor, Nationals, Greens and the others both State and Federal for many years. They already consult with community, they already claim to be doing all they can ("with much more work needing to be done").
Will those calling for 'The Voice' suddenly sprout a conscience and start taking action because they hear what they already know from many of the same people they already talk to simply because they are then going to be part of a 'Voice'?

The Messiah is returning to RAPTURE His Church (1 Thessalonians 4: 13 - 18). The Lord restores the remnant of Israel. People will assemble "shoulder to shoulder" in the middle of Egypt (Zephaniah 3:9, Isaiah 19:18-20). This is a sign that the people did cry out to the Lord because of oppression fulfilling scripture. Then the Lord sends Elijah to them (Malachi 4:4-6; Acts 3:20). From beyond the rivers of Cush[d] my worshipers, my scattered people, will bring me offerings (Zephaniah 3:10). People have been gathering like in the millions since Elijah showed up (Malachi 4: 4 -6, Acts 3: 20 - 23). TIME IS OVER.
