Please note an important point: After deciding on the closing date and signing off on papers, you still have 10 days to back out of the deal. I am positive your Realtor must have told you this (usually they don't because if you do back out, they lose their commission) but in case Monica (Realtor) hasn't told you, please note that you have 10 days (it's called "Cooling off period") to back out of the deal for whatever reason. The seller doesn't have this luxury of backing out, only the buyer does. Thought I should make you aware of this. Congrats once again! 😊
