Abijah Fowler: One of Netflix’s best animated shows in recent memory, as in BoJack Horseman levels of bestness, I implore anybody here to watch Blue Eye Samurai immediately if they haven’t yet. And also Abijah is a super cool villain too.
Lord Marmoo: Pretty underrated show, and the villain is a rad one too, Keith David kills it as per usual.
Cyrus: I remember watching this show a ton as kid, and enjoying it a lot, and Cyrus is a fun villain too.
The Chaos Council: This show was honestly… fine, and the Chaos Council were fine villains too… (Now if Dr. Eggman was in the council then they would be peak villains then.)
Unalaq: Bad, just plain bad villain. He’s just a diet Ozai, but he’s ice instead of fire, and I’m sorry but that’s just lame. But hey I guess it’s fitting that season 2 of TLOK being the worst season of the show had the worst villain in it.
Emperor Carter: The Family Guy Star Wars Specials were pretty fun and hilarious and easily the series at its best, and Emperor Carter is a funny villain (though I consider him a animated movie villain imo anyways)
Scrappy Doo: I don’t want to go on this massive rant on why the Velma show is stinky doo doo garbage, you’ve all heard of why it is, so I won’t lecture you all on why it’s bad. BUT I will say that Scrappy Doo is sincerely one of the only things on this show that I’ve actually like in it. (Yes it’s cause he killed Velma at the end of the season, and even if he didn’t kill her, I still would’ve like him regardless.)
Alaskan Bull Worm: Honestly the Alaskan Bull Work, totally freaked the hell out of me when I was kid and I saw this episode, I think it might been it’s design that spooked me out when I was a wee lad, or it also could’ve been the episode hyping up how horrific the Alaskan Bull Worm is (and we are acknowledging Creature from the Krusty Krab’s post credit scene, completely justified in that fear.) either way though he was a solid one off villain.
Mefirst the Wizard: I prefer Cyrus, but Mefirst is pretty solid villain.
Tirek: Honestly wasn’t expecting another MLP to show up in your favorite villain defeats series ever again, considering your stance on MLP. (to which I don’t judge you for you not being a fan of it, MLP ain’t for everyone in existence honestly.) But anyways while do like some of the other MLP villains, Tirek is still one of the best villains from it.

Cyrus: I remember watching Dragon Tales when I was little. Good times. Anyway, cool villain.

Unalaq: I already wasn't a fan of this show. Then this guy showed up, and I hated it even more. This guy is unironically one of the worst villains I have ever seen.
Emperor Carter: I don't like Family Guy, but I thought the Star Wars episodes were fun. And Carter was a fun villain.
S*itty Crappy Doo/Scrappy Doo: Not even gonna waste energy on this show.
Alaskan Bull Worm: Cool.
Mefirst the Wizard: Not bad.
