One of the beloved street foods in India is the Kolkata egg roll. This delectable flatbread is coated with egg on one side, stuffed with diced vegetables, and then wrapped. To enhance the taste, a sprinkle of chaat masala and a dab of ketchup are added. The Kolkata egg roll is a wrap and should be consumed fresh, the hotter, the better. Being a Bengali, its just so amazing to see that whole world know how much tasty a Kolkata egg roll is .❤️ I’m speechless, the crunchiness of the paratha 🫓 is tells that, it will taste perfect. One thing is miss, that is lemon and salt, you have to marinate the vegetables with some lemon juices and salt. That will be perfect ❤️
