that place is awesome , i would stay a couple of days in that rusty ship just to explore it . couple of led lights and a torch , who needs power, need food or beer, just go up the road . do some fishing and snorkling off the beach.. the owners must have had no idea on marketing.. tourists missed out big time going to stay there.. thanks for showing us this beautiful part of planet earth ...

Thank you for showing us the ghost ship and the chicken place. Question - I would like to know when the resort closed how come they didn't sell off all the inventory they had on the ship and bungalows. I mean at least they could have made some money off of it.

What a great video. The ghost ship of Koh Chang. What a resort this could be. That Beach is a wow factor. This would be a great investment form a large company to revitilze this place. Bring it back to its former glory. The hidden gem of Hoh Chang.

You needed to have a thermal camera app to see if any spirits were afoot. There is a luxury liner in Long Beach, CA that has been transformed into a nightclub and hotel known as the Queen Mary. The owners should have left the boat in Bangkok where there are more people. The waterfall and the food at the end looked fantastic.
It's 7am in my part of the world and that food made me want to skip to dinner. yum!

That thing is really narrow! No wonder its not used. One good sized wave and it would be the Poseidon Adventure all over again!

I think the entrance fee is very expensive and the ship could have been maintained better - your wife should actually know that a snake doesn't attack, she's more or less afraid of the riot she's making, she automatically disappears.

That ship reminds me of several hotel closing auctions that I attended back in the 80's. It seems like a giant collection of public health concerns at this point. In 2023, I'm surprised that the Gov. of Thailand hasn't torn it down. Maybe local politics is keeping it open. The last thing that any tourism industry needs is for somebody to get sick or hurt in a place like that. The whole area could use a good strong dose of development. Several years ago, you guys had a video about a derelict amusement park. I wonder what has happened there? I would highly recommend your videos to any hotshot Thai real estate developer. All politics aside, where is their version of Donald Trump?😉

Someone could make big bucks recycling all of that stainless steal, and salvaging all those beautiful doors, railings, and woodwork, etc. It looks like they are going to wait till the whole thing caves in. It would be much easier and more profitable I think to start stripping, and storing, or selling anything valuable now. I think remodeling any of those beautiful places at this point is out of the picture, Too late, but the location must be worth a fortune! What a Paradise !
