These are wonderful guides that I use all the time. Thank you so much. The only problem is they are now incomplete. Any chance you could tack on the newer heroes at the end of these videos and re-post?
For Hooktusk i use Captain's Pride and synergizes really well with maestra at the bench with Trigore and Edwin (just for speed) at the front First use Backlash with Trigore and then attack with Hooktusk preferably aiming at a protector enemy from the opossing side, the enemy changes to fighter and receives double damage from Hooktusk and Trigore, then she goes to the bench and Maestra hits his front enemies with critical and Trigore triggers again, really fun wanted to show you this and see what do you think about the comp :)
Hi, thank you so much for the guide! It is really helpful! A question though, I think you forgot to mention about Long'xin's equipment. Which one should be maxed first? I assume Kun-Lai Crystals since you have it equipped?
None of Long'xin's equipment options have really impressed me. Kun-Lai Crystal's best part is the start of game cooldown removal, the resist is personal only for Long'xin and usually pretty weak. So you get the real use without any upgrades.
At 04:10, Guff Runetotems Bramblethorn Totem is now changed and reads (at lvl.4): "Battlecry: Restore 20 Health to your characters." instead of "Living Brambles deals 4 more damage." Is the priority of maxing abilities / equipment still the same as stated in this video, i.e. Living Brambles & Bramblethorn Totem first - before anything else? Thank you for your great content!
Guff's equipment does not matter much nowadays. The third one is generally the best, but they're all minor. I'd max ability 2, followed by ability 3 now.
Do you have any idea of how some older mercs (or not necessarily that old) can be made better by tweaking some small part of an ability to made it viable, like Trigore?
Completely unrelated problem: I have all rare and epic mercs, all of the tasks completed (and 90+ packs remaining). I have enough coins (1300-1500) to craft some of the remaining legendary mercenaries. If I craft someone, I will get the tasks, the tasks will give me coins which will be mostly for mercs that I have maxed. But not completing the tasks leaves me down ~1k coins for upgrades. I could grind 1-1 or bosses to get the coins for upgrades but that would mean the coins from tasks will be wasted later since the merc would be maxed. So, should I wait with crafting until the next content drop (so the tasks could give me coins for new mercs)? Or craft and ignore the tasks? Or just screw it and do the tasks anyway?
With a pool of roughly 100 Mercs, the odds of getting a significant amount of coins for new Mercs from the tasks is low. You might as well craft the Mercs that you already have a lot of coins for and complete their tasks to max them.

Long'xin has use in PVP with 3rd equipment.
When Tamsin was used in PVP, it was often 3rd equipment (she sees no PVP nowadays)

Hi Guardian !!! :)
How about a new guide with the mercs released since this video ?? :D

Any chance you could update this series with the new mercs that have come out since?
For bright wing. I'm thinking it was a treasure that brings him into battle when another merc dies. is that intended to work on mirror images?
