How absolutely wonderfull to see these two lovely people appreciate books as presents! My mum always said that you will never be lonely when you have a book to read. !

One of my sister's is obsessed with books. I remember when younger you would go up to her to say dinner's ready & she was always SO hooked in her book, you had to tell her three times 😁 we were all brought up like you to appreciate books my kids are too. I like what you're mam says, it's true you're never lonely, when you have books. 🤗❤️

Oh, books!.....I started reading Noddy at three, and haven't stopped reading books since then. It's beyond my estimation how many I've read up to now at the age of 72. Books, that is, words, have been a refuge, an escape, a thrill, a kindness, a way into seeing into other people's lives and thoughts. I treasure that my father principally gave me the opportunity to be so awakened. Robert, UK.

I just love these two wonderful British eccentrics..no country does eccentricity like us Brits but they are just soo funny..they remind me of my art teachers at Christopher Whitehead girls school in Worcester.. many many yrs ago..Mr and Mrs Jellyman..two of the 60's hippy generation..they dressed in tye dye and colours and drove a wonderful old Morgan car.. totally wonderful

I enjoy most of Goggle box. Its hard to have a favourite but the two I would definately bot miss if they faded out would be the brother and sister. He thinks he is clever and funny but he is the opposite and she has the most annoying fake laugh and also thinks she is very clever it's embarrassing tbh

I love most of the people in Gogglebox. They're all so varied , have their own appeal, an interesting idea for a reality show, who'd have thought it would go on for so long.

Ellie Phillips Maybe. He comes across to me as a narcissist. Everything has to be about him. His health, what he did that day. Every time they watch something on TV he’s had it, he’s done it or he’s got it. My fave was when he wanted to go to the doctor for treatment for skin tags and something with ovaries, until Mary pointed out that he didn’t have either of those things...... 🤣
