      Imagine struggling to support a family while working 2 jobs and finding out how much of your earnings go to subsidize these folks.

      @@lieutenantfartblow1727 I agree. That births little if not any incentive off the back of you. It's the system is being used incorrectly. I hope you and your family strive and not struggle.

    Damn...they made it sound like katrina was an overall good thing for the city. Describes it like a wildfire in the sticks.

      Technically it was, that entire city was rotting away and Katrina brought in hundreds of billions to either demolish and rebuild or retrofit many things. Like that guy said their system was over taxed and after Katrina a huge portion of those people were gone from the system and therefore they were able to properly supply for what WAS there. It ill ALWAYS be about supply and demand, always
