Union Station, DC - locomotive change

I had a 45 minute layover in Union Station, DC, on a northbound Amtrak train from Norfolk to Newark, on August 12, 2014. I got off and filmed the various comings & goings, and the general hustle and bustle of this very-busy station. It was monsooning - one of the heaviest rainfalls in years - which added to the atmosphere (and hell, was I glad to be on the train vs in a car!). PS: as seen in the video, the locomotive was changed from diesel to electric during the layover.

Unfortunately, this was just before the last of the AEM-7's were phased out and fully replaced by the ACS-64
