Manchester United coach Jose Mourinho laughs off reports that he has spoken to Zinedine Zidane about speculation the Frenchman will replace the Portuguese coach at Old Trafford, during the Champions League pre-match presser ahead of Valencia game. @@NFS-shade Manchester United have spent 400 million euros alone on players last season, and granted Mourinho over 500 million in spending money to rebuild the team. If there's anybody to blame here it's your manager who can't seem to get the best out of the very players he bought.
Enough with this "Manchester United don't buy players" rhetoric. Compare this team to the team they had just 4 years ago and you'll be surprised how many players were replaced.
@@marctaddei7524 please don't start with financial statistics last season alone. Just see how many players city, Chelsea, Liverpool have bought since David Moyes era compared with manu. These clubs have overhauls number of players which you can even make a second squad. You can see how tactical Mourinho can demonstrate against Newcastle but Newcastle is not even a top flight teams. He had to swap eric baily out. Fullbacks is always a problem but manu board are only looking at financial perspective. Why real madrid, psg spent billions? Don't see HOW MUCH but see HOW MANY players they buy? If you can't accept this don't expect others to accept your thoughts.

Over the course of 3 seasons, Klopp signed 15 players, while Mourinho signed 12, only a difference of 3 players. The difference between the two managers however is one obtains results, one doesn't antagonize the fans, the board, the players, the other does. One of these managers is currently 8th, under immense pressure and barely scarping victories against relegation contenders, the other is challenging for the Premier League title with a team that last won it over 20 years ago. One ensures that both the players that he bought and were already there perform at a level that is expected of them, collecting decent players at former clubs (Salah, Mane, Firmino, Milner, etc.) and turning them into world class talents, granting them the best seasons of their lives. The other manages to buy World Class talents and promising youth prospects (Pogba, Martial, Lindelof, Bailly, Rashford, etc.) and turning them into mediocre signings, either by diminishing their confidence or playing them out of position.
The bored has granted Mourinho with enough time and financial revenue to succeed, and all he's done is destroy players forms, play regressive football and complain. The board of Manchester United was not present when Mourinho lost the dressing room at Real Madrid, nor when he led Chelsea to a 15th place spot in the Premier League in 2015/16, however Mourinho was. This is just the same story in a different club, whether you blame the board, Pogba, the players, anybody but Mourinho, it's still going to be Mourinho's fault.
