I mean the story was going that way sooner or later, also at the start of the serie they clearly said that the 9 tails could obliterate mountains. We've had lots of nice tactical fights, but having a final with monster techniques was inevitable, I mean you have the strongest ninjas in the Naruto universe, making them fight with only taijutsu and shurikens would be sad tbh.

They ran out of sufficient funds in order to make quality animation. Turns out you shouldn't be creating an anime 700+ episodes long if you have a limited budget...🤷♀️

He's very serious about his comrades, and protecting the village is a close second. Kabuto almost got washed. That was just the top tier move plus excellent foresight.
Art style was perfect in the original, shippuden it was good most episodes that weren't fillers. Boruto hopefully will get better after a time skip but some of the big fights are well done, it's just the story is kind of slow thanks to all the filler.

Kabuto was such a sly fox in the beginning, then they turned him into a snake... what a glowdown, he was actually one of my favorite characters, back when he still had the classic anime ponytail.

But in regards to u saying og naruto is better than shippuden, nah, for me shippuden did everything better, from the fights to the animation, to the voice acting ( I prefer naruto in the dub ) , to the character development, to the villains, to the pacing , to the emotional moments ect. Magic eyes, the gates, a giant fox, a giant tanuki, full control of element, being able to LITERALLY POSSES SOMONE. being able to control shadows, being able to expand to a giants size, being to control someone's view on reality, being able to turn into a LITERAL DEMON, summoning the god of death, giant snakes, inhuman strength, being able to see in a 360 POV, shuriken the size of a human, being able to clone yourself, being able to paralyze someone just by hitting them, being able to rip bones from out of your body, being able to physically change into any form you want, and probably more. How is any of this "like an actual ninja".
This fight was 10 times cooler then any God vs God fight in Boruto. How? Well because it looks and feels grounded. The music is a masterpiece and the acting and directing are fantastic. It feels effortlessly badass.

This scene always confused me. So Kabuto went to the hospital, killed 3 Anbu BO, made two into meat puppets, disguised one as himself, made a shadow clone, all the moment that he sensed that Kakashi was coming?
My guess is that he sense Kakashi approaching up the stairs while holding the scalpel or him prepping the shadow clone as back up and Kabuto just followed by using transformation jutsu and swapping spots before Kakashi entered the room.

It has too many flaws, but ninjas is very loose to say. But in this part is what Ninjas were really about, espionage and assassination. But i think the show is good at humanizing the existential part... but i guess my issue is it doesnt have much of an answer on how to overcome it. Like example would be "Walker Texas Ranger" episode 1. But it has good moments for sure, i think early stuff had good drawing quality.

It’s funny because at this point it seemed like there were so many opportunities for medical ninjitsu to help you do weird and powerful stuff. Orochimaru said Kabuto was as strong as Kakashi with only knowing medical ninjitsu. And then we meet Tsunade who is the best medical ninja to ever live and all she does is use super strength and self healing, same with Sakura.
Back when the fights had actual choreography that showed the strategy at play down to every step they took as positioning was a constant deciding factor, such as here where Kakashi sways downward when he rushes since his his priority is not to kill Kabuto but get between him and Sasuke, and from the very start begins a kick so he can use the extra range of his legs to ensure he can block any strike towards Sasuke in time. …instead of now where it’s just mach whatever flight and “teleports behind you.”

Kabuto had a really great potential to be even more of a great, to me it always seemed it like he would double-cross orochimaru for some reason and he would kill anyone in order to achieve that goal whether they were good or bad.

Just for addition, shonen anime need power escalation. Without these op stuff, people would be bored watching 200+ episodes with just ninjas throwing shurikens at each other. I'll admit that they poorly written the power escalation, but saying that there's no strategy in shippuden? Its just like saying World war 2 had no strategy because we dont see any strategy there. Shippuden just had large scale fights, but even with that the protagonists build up complex strategy in that.
People aren't complaining about power scaling,they are complaining in how some abilities got boring.Take the sharingan,for example.It was a unique,powerful and respectable ability;You could tell shit was going get serious whenever was activated.Now,there's like 5 fucking versions and even random dudes have base sharingan.The sharingan didn't need any of crap,base sharingan was already cool.

The first ep literally showed us tailed beast kurama 💀 and it good till the ends
It has too many flaws, but ninjas is very loose to say. But in this part is what Ninjas were really about, espionage and assassination. But i think the show is good at humanizing the existential part... but i guess my issue is it doesnt have much of an answer on how to overcome it. Like example would be "Walker Texas Ranger" episode 1.
But it has good moments for sure, i think early stuff had good drawing quality.

It’s funny because at this point it seemed like there were so many opportunities for medical ninjitsu to help you do weird and powerful stuff. Orochimaru said Kabuto was as strong as Kakashi with only knowing medical ninjitsu. And then we meet Tsunade who is the best medical ninja to ever live and all she does is use super strength and self healing, same with Sakura.

Back when the fights had actual choreography that showed the strategy at play down to every step they took as positioning was a constant deciding factor, such as here where Kakashi sways downward when he rushes since his his priority is not to kill Kabuto but get between him and Sasuke, and from the very start begins a kick so he can use the extra range of his legs to ensure he can block any strike towards Sasuke in time.

Kabuto had a really great potential to be even more of a great, to me it always seemed it like he would double-cross orochimaru for some reason and he would kill anyone in order to achieve that goal whether they were good or bad.

For all y’all saying “before everyone was op”...the show was bound to end up that way eventually....the whole story started off resting on the fact that naruto had a giant ass demon fox inside of him that could destroy mountains...u thought that that was gonna be the only god level thing in the series to look forward to?😂naruto had to grow powerful with the power of the fox so of course the series had to keep up so it wasn’t just naruto obliterating everyone.

Just for addition, shonen anime need power escalation. Without these op stuff, people would be bored watching 200+ episodes with just ninjas throwing shurikens at each other. I'll admit that they poorly written the power escalation, but saying that there's no strategy in shippuden? Its just like saying World war 2 had no strategy because we dont see any strategy there. Shippuden just had large scale fights, but even with that the protagonists build up complex strategy in that.
People aren't complaining about power scaling,they are complaining in how some abilities got boring.Take the sharingan,for example.It was a unique,powerful and respectable ability;You could tell shit was going get serious whenever was activated.Now,there's like 5 fucking versions and even random dudes have base sharingan.The sharingan didn't need any of crap,base sharingan was already cool.
