I feel guilty getting all this information from you. I mean i know this is simple label making, but you’ve really gone above and beyond showing how to run different aspects of an online, single person, at home business and that is INVALUABLE... I feel like I’m supposed to be or should paying a fee to learn even the basics like this... you are a GEM and a WEALTH of knowledge. I want you to know that you are greatly appreciated for EVERYTHING. I’ve learned SO MUCH from you already and not only that.... I REALLY enjoy you. Your content. Your personality. Your creations.... you make me realize I. Can. Do it. So thank you.
I think they all look stunning. Even the Cashmere Creme on the natural paper. You go to awesome lengths to make sure your products are colorful and gorgeous! It takes your product to the next level. You should be very proud of your work, I would be! I always enjoy your videos so much. I learn a great deal, and I am entertained at the same time. I tend to watch on days when I've been formulating a new skin care product and I need to get my mind off my own work! Otherwise I can't sleep. I get so little sleep now, it is crazy. I have a 16 year old Autistic son, who is up all night, he goes to bed at 5:00 am. Which most peopl are getting up. So we go to bed at 5 and I get up between 10-11 am. He sleeps till 1:30-2:00 in the afternoon. So I get some down time then. My husband is great about keeping track of him during the afernoon and evening. After supper is when I start my formulating and creating. He loves the studio, he likes to pick colors and scents for products. So it's not all bad and he learns a great deal. He likes to cut up bar soaps as well and put them in the shrink wrap for me. Thank you for giving me such wonderful videos to watch! They are life savers, ( not the candy), for my mental health, lol!
This one has so many (well deserved) comments, I'll try to be brief. I love this video, have watched it several times knowing I will probably not be able to do many of these things but you do it all so wonderfully well. I love your organization, it brings me peace to watch you. Plus I dearly love those beautiful foils!
You are so amazing, in all my years I had no idea as to how foiling worked. You took ur time and taught us how to add glamour to our labels..... you are a blessing to me. Thanks for sharing
You are such a Sanity Saver! I so look forward to watching you! I think your labels are gorgeous and I am glad you shared how you do it. I am a crafter at heart and I know very well how hard it is to hand foil some of my large projects. I couldn't even imagine how you did it for labels when I saw your last video. I think it is wonderful you can do them like that 👍 Thanks so very much for sharing. 💕💕💕💕💕
I live in the foothills of Colorado and though it is still slightly cool, it is turning green and starting to warm and the birds are chirping anxious to start nesting. 🐦💕
incredible! you are so creative and good at doing everything Karen. Impressive to see how much work there is "behind the scene" absolutely fantastic. congratulations
Karen, you are such a blessing to everyone! We have all learned so much from your talent and experience. I know a while back I read comments about keeping your faith to yourself :(. Let your beautiful self shine Jesus included! Much love from a sister in a California, USA 😍🙏🔥👏🌊
THANK YOU!! For sharing your knowledge & finds for us new soapers! I have been stressed for weeks trying to get my labels just right! I ordered my laminator & foil as soon as I seen what you were doing! Thank you again! Covid has my entire life in a crazy whirlwind but it has helped expedite the opening of my soap journey since everyone is on lockdown and they are ordering online like crazy! I am so excited to get this going!
You’re absolutely right Karen, you have to use a laser printer for foiling. I saw your lovely wax melt labels and went searching for this video to see how you make them. They are so pretty. It’s a lot of work but definitely worth it & they are so luxurious- just like your lovely products!
Our weather here in Virginia is between 60s and 80s it keeps going up and down. Thank you so much for ya video, I love the colors you picked out there beautiful.
thanks for sharing on how you do your stunning labels and out of all the cp soap makers that i watch on how to do cp soap your far the best one you have such a calming voice
Thank you Karen for taking the time to show how your labels are done.. I’ve learnt so much from all of your videos. I was especially clueless on how to do labels, and even though I had looked at online labels, I had no clue how to use it. Your video has come at exactly the right time 😊 I will be saving this so I can refer back to it. Always looking forward to your videos 💕 It’s spring here in Western Australia, I’m listening to the birds singing and the bees buzzing in my orange tree even though it’s only 6.15 am ....it’s going to be a beautiful day 😊
Hi Karen I finally did it I made foil labels for my candles but I used the cricket air 2 I didn’t know I could do this with this machine but it works I remember this video I had to watch again
So fun! Thank you for sharing! We live in New Hampshire in the US...it has been beautiful the past few days...but it actually snowed this morning! May 9th! Crazy! Love watching your videos during quarantine! Xoxo
Good Morning Karen, I got my notification of your video this morning, and made the dash to the computer! Thanks for sharing your knowledge so enjoy your videos. Sunshine here on Whidbey Island Washington USA, it's going to be a spectacular day. Take Care.. Tess
I always love your videos. You are so professional, informative and helpful. I would also love to see how you do your labels for your wax melts. Thanks
our weather also has been unusually pleasant with just a few days that were colder. I live in a very cold region too! I counted it such a blessing because even though we were cooped up we could go for walks everyday!
Thank you for sharing your labeling process!!! I'm just starting out and wanted to find an elegant way to do my labels. You have me sold!!!! I also look forward to your videos. I've learned so much from you. Thank you again. #StaySafe 💕
Fascinating! Love these labels. I have a professional label maker often used by wine producers. I have had it 6 years with no issues and this is before Online Labels I believe. Our weather is beautiful in south Texas but we need rain. I love your labels. My husband does my labels and hates change lol
I use a Cricut to design, cut, and foil all my labels. AND to cut boxes. I buy cardstock for boxes and bought a template for whatever shape I want. It took me a minute to figure it out but, when I did I pre-make what I need. I just take one day and make everything. I have a laser printer and laminator as well.
Hi Karen! I just got the minc and can't wait to foil some soap labels as well, need to practice though, you make it feel so easy and natural. Saludos from Mexico!
Well....Friday May 9th, 0 degrees Celsius here in Barrie Ont. Canada. Snowed around areas today. Crying lol it is normally lovely in May. Still need winter coats. I am supposed to be on a two week holiday in Las Vegas which obviously was cancelled but it is approx 35 degrees Celsius there ...again crying. Thank gawd for you tube.
Very beautiful! We’ve had a very hot and dry summer. I had planted some climbing roses earlier this year, and two out of three bushes have died from the heat. 😢
Thank you so much for sharing this, you have given me the courage to try my hand at printing labels. Being relative newbie to computers it looked quite daunting....but you explained it all so even I can understand. I made my own the other day...it only took me 4 & 1/2 hours from design to print 😊
They look amazing. Could you reuse the foil once it’s been used? Like put it through the laminator again on a different label to get partial coverage of another label. You could do like a distressed look.
Thanks for this! I love "hanging out" with you ❤ our weather, in western North Carolina, has been beautiful for the most part. We have had nasty storms, and it's been a bit nasty today...and pulling in the cold for one more hoorah before it's too late :)
It's cold here (NZ), but just coming in to spring. Winter seems to have gone on for months (because of lockdown). We were in lockdown, then out, now we're in again!!! Thanks for showing how to make these labels. I have never sold my soaps before, but am going to have a table at the Farmer's market here at Lake Taupo. But no idea when the Farmer's market will start again. Going to make some of your beautiful lotion bars this afternoon :-)
These are beautiful! I love glittery things also. 😍😍😍 might need to invest in something like that. Thank you so much for sharing, love watching your videos!
Your labels are so luxury, have you looked into the circuit machine? It would cut down on single production and do mass production foiling in seconds, around £130 xx
It was a beautiful spring and summer here in Vancouver, BC, Canada. But now we are headed into fall and it looks like we might be getting snow this year (Vancouver’s weather is a lot warmer than the rest of the country). It’s already snowing up north!
Omg the best label video every thanks for showing your little secrets oh that gold and turquiose 😍😍🤩🤩i would use the foil to wrap it around samples or even use it outside a package
Here in the high Colorado mountains (8100 feet above sea level) we have snow, and cold rain and wind. Spring for us is about one month away. Beautiful though because everything is trying to bud out and turn green :D
Good morning Karen! I was excited to see the notification for the video this morning. ; ) The labels are just so beautiful. So, the foil sticks to Laser ink and not the Inkjet? Great video, I've always wanted to have a laminator as another new gadget...like I need any new toys! LOL Thanks for the complete walk through, it was very informative. Have a wonderful day...Big ((Hugs)) and Love from Texas!! xoxoxo : )
@@EdensSecret1 yes here in New Hampshire we are going to get snow that is why i like looking at your flowered soaps. it's been unusually cold up here. can't plant any flowers yet.
Thank you so much for this incredible insight video. I must ask you something as I do not understand the chemistry / physics. Why doesn't the plastic cover get sealed shut in the laminating machine? Is the Minc a special kind of laminator, or would I be ok to use, say, a Brother, or HP laminator? Thanks so much again.
Can you use a heat gun to affix the leftover from the foil to boxes? I don't know if it would work simply because I'm not familiar with the product. Just throwing out an idea. Love your videos, thanks for sharing 😁
Hi i just found your channel and of been binge watching your video's . Can i ask you what that transparant film is that you put over the labels and foil?
The sky is so blue hardly any planes it is nice then we're get a storm every once in a while but the weather seem to have went back to nearly normal like it was when I was younger
Wish I was there, we've been to Vegas Twice. You know you have a fantastic soap shop there called Sweet Bubble Soap Cafe, they are down near the airport
You could always use the left over foil to wrap around the bars. Say someone ordered five of the same scent you'd be able to wrap it around all five bars as just a novelty packaging thing that looks nice, is coordinated and at least saves it being in your bin haha! :)
the foil is a very nice touch. However, Karen I'm rather surprised you haven't figured out a way to use the foil after you have peeled it off as another type of label that is reverse!!! LOL Thank you so much for sharing. Happy Blessed New Year to ya..
Fantastic, i never knew how it was done! So much more than just making the soap, could you print on an inkjet the background and then the laser for the label? Xx
