I need someone to explain to me how he maintained 3 charges of chaos control after 2:50, cuz he killed the enemy which gave him 1 full charge, and then grabbing the capsule gives the 2nd charge where did the 3rd come from?

I've tried spamming surf hop to maintain momentum but for some reason, it won't let me maintain it even when done out of a boost

when you hold the input to enable chaos control while collecting a chaos capsule, you get a free charge
