You can’t go wrong with any Polo Blue in this line. Easy to wear, easy to like, nothing super special but just grap and go and you have not to think so much.
The polo blue line for years was what my idea of what I thought mens fragrance should smell like- especially as a kid. My whole perception of fragrance kind of changed when I smelled YSL L’Homme and LNDL, this were kind of game changers for me..but I still love this line. I really think the OG is still my favorite, very nostalgic
Chesea made the same selection I would have made. Not a huge fan of Ultra Blue but it is different from the original. Can't go wrong with Gold Blend. Works perfect in Winter Spring Fall. Deep Blue offers a fresh take during the summer with out the price tag of higher end fragrances like Dior or Chanel.

Hey SoCal Scents! Question: I've got a lot of blue fragrances. Should I bother getting Polo Deep Blue or any of the Polo blues? (I have Dior Suavage EDT, Dylan Blue, Bleu De Chanel EDT, Versace Man Eau Fraich, nautical voyage, YSL Y EDP, coach AND NOW LaCost lhomme intense)
At the moment I say you’re good unless blue is your favorite kind of scent to rotate through. Then look at deep blue or blue Parfum if you want to add.
If anyone is thinking of buying this fragrance what I would say is that it doesn't really perform as a modern perfume, but it's still fine to get it as part of your collection as long as you don't overpay for it. I personally wouldn't be paying more than $60 for this. If you haven't smelled it, it pretty much smells exactly like the liquid a barber/hairdresser will spray in your hair when they are combing it. It smells really fresh and pleasant but it doesn't perform or smell like a perfume as much as it does a hygiene product. Similar scents would include scented shower gel, hair gel and shaving cream. It's that kind of smell. Also, it doesn't smell that great once it dries and you put it up to your nose to sniff it. It retains the fresh haircut smell for like 4 hours at a distance and when you walk by people, which is the most important; I just thought I'd add this in because some perfumes really do smell good up close but this one doesn't. As a result, I'd recommend this as a casual fragrance you put on after a jog or when going out with friends but not wanting to put on anything too strong or formal. Basically, in whatever situations you might want to use axe body spray just use this instead. I think it can also work in a more formal setting in addition to other scents. I would personally recommend putting on a fresh scented lotion first and try mixing 3 sprays of Polo Blue with like one spray of Dior Sauvage or Chanel Bleu. Just make sure you use more of this than the other perfume because the fresh scent you get from it is pretty subtle and can easily be masked by something stronger.
Polo blue line is a classic but I feel is over shadowed now by too many solid blue frags. I tried Tumi awaken today and it was a great blue. To me smelled like Sauvage and coach for men mixed.
It’s probably long discontinued as these are the only ones you can buy in stores. It’s marked as unavailable on Ralph Lauren’s site as well. Since this video dropped Ultra is also discontinued.
Why is she shaking the smelling strips before smelling them on the dry-downs? Never saw anyone do that before. Also, Ultra Blue isn't sweet at all, idk what she's smelling there.
I’ve never even heard of chaps before. Had to look it up, looks like it is a 2007 re-release of their 1979 fragrance. I’m going to go out on a limb and say these don’t smell much like chaps.
@@LUIZS87 I’ve never smelled it or seen it in the store. It’s also a super old school fragrance and these are modern. I’m 100% positive they are not similar just based on that.
Wanted by night is the highest rated fragrance on the channel. It’s best use is fall/winter night out. Doesn’t work in warm weather. Spicebomb works fall/winter/and cooler spring days.

Your smelling them to fast, no time in between to rest your nose. So they prob all smell alike. Gotta wait or smell some cofffee beans or something. Then go back to the next.
There is coffee between each fragrance. That is edited out for time and it’s not interesting to watch. That’s why there are edits between each fragrance. I’ll sometimes show the coffee on a blooper or outtake in the videos.

I own deep blue and ultra. Both are awesome. I prefer deep blue. I get surprisingly good performance from ultra.

I'm surprised that anyone thinks Ultra Blue come across as sweet. It smells clean and very salty with the Polo Blue DNA in the dry down.

Used to love the Polo Blue line but Ultra Blue has the worst performance of any fragrance i have ever bought.
