Nice job, bro. Purple is a performance/tamper proof part. At a glance, you can tell if a factory part has been replaced/tampered with, which may affect warranty claims. The sway bar piece you're replacing is called a "bushing bracket" or "mount" -- nothing more. :) Thanks for taking the time to showcase this for others -- much appreciated.
Thanks bro I was thinking that too like wait is this a sway bar bracket idk 😂 but yea I asked my dealership if it was ok to put the tow hooks on and I showed them the part they said yea as long as I’m not changing out the sway bar or changing out springs and shocks and the rear airbags control arms or bushings stuff of that nature my warranty should be good but I guess I’ll find out on my 5k service

Put mine on last week and it was pretty easy. For some reasons my SR5 TRD off-road didn’t come with the air dam.
Right one of the easiest mods ever lol its a option from Toyota I think it’s called the advanced package comes with heads up display and e few other things
The off road package gets rid of the dam.

I’m a parts delivery driver for Toyota and all of their bolts are kinda purple but some are also green but idk why
I know I never seen any bolts like that before maybe some type of long term rust preventing treating during manufacturing idk
The screws looks purple because they were treated to avoid rust.
Next mod is lift kit and pedal commander. Lol 😆
I don’t know about the pedal commander I heard that only benefits tundras that don’t have sport plus and only sport mode I have sport plus and with the trd filters it’s definitely responsive
what did you do to lift this one it's platinum right, did you get rid of the rear airbags or did you forgo the rear airbags, oh never mind ita 1794 with cowboy interior lol
Yee haww lol it’s a cvt 3inch lift in the front with bigger shocks and leveling kit in the back with stock air suspension
@@Thatcarfoo is the stock air and load level still functional after the lift kit
@@TheMustangStampede yes it’s still functioning just got longer shocks on the rear and a leveling kit just to match the front

Really a TRD ,that cost a arm and leg and it doesn't come with that anymore, where is this going to,coping stupid iphone and other one s ,I recently bought one and it only comes with the cable that's it no brick to connect to wall ,what a ripoff, all of this company's are giving us the finger every time, but we keep and buying the crap ,it is our fault, we should do something about it.
