I went back and watched that scene way too many times, it didn’t leave the stoop but it does have some interesting folding properties as the animators did fail to give it a falling back into place after being squished by the door animation...

Around the 7 minute mark you talk about a paper that disappears however if you watch the screen it never disappears it just becomes hard to see with the door crushing it in the shadows.

The one from toy story 2 about the video game theory is also ridiculous. Rex's character in the game (Buzz), gets shot by zurg and you see a GAME OVER message on screen. So it can't be a tv show. Here's a better explanation. It's just a computer game and the first part of the game is just a cut-screen. When the gameplay kicks in Rex doesn't react fast enough and gets shot. Simple explanation.
