I am a gynecologist in Mombasa Kenya and I follow both you and Dr Sher very keenly .. I am mainly interested in immune implantation dysfunction and implantation failure. We have a lot of patients with DOR / autoimmunity and treatment is very tricky . I am really interested in knowing more about it . Thanks for spreading the knowledge!

Hi, in the presentation you guys mentioned you always talk to your patients about risk of endometroid/ovarian cancer in patients with chronic endometriosis. I have had it since i was 16 years old and been through almost every hormonal treatment known to us. I am currently undergoing IVF treatment and 2 implantation failures. They did a BCL-6 and the score was 3.8. so we are planning to do 2 cycles of Lupron and then attempt a FET.
my question for you is about this risk of ovarian cancer in the future? What do you tell your patients? can you guide me towards some reliable literature. I am actually a perinatal psychiatrist and treat psych issues in Gyn/oncology patients, so i have tried to look it up many times for myself and my work but never found good data, but them i might be looking in the wrong places. if you tell me some authors, i can get the articles from the hospital library. IT would be super helpful. Thank you for the amazing work you are doing.
